Rebuilt 02 top end

So , my machine had 80psi compression. After rebuild I have 90 psi . I ran it for about 20min lightly around after rebuild . First time I have ever opened a motor .

Alot of smoke and I hear a metal sound . I did not have it honed or bored as I was told after I took it in the cylinder was fine .

What next?

15′ can am outty xmr no start: driving me crazy

i have a 2015 xmr 800 outlander. i dont use it much as it only has 50 hours on the bike. the bike began to stumble under high speed/load. figured was bad gas. used all gas put fresh gas in it with no help. one day using it to move boat around yard it just died. wouldn't start. i changed the fuel pump. (dont see a fuel filter appears just run from pump to two injectors. now it will sporadically/randomly start but wont stay running more than 15 seconds or so. i can give it some gas and it stumble but eventually die. check all fuses and are good. pulled plugs checked for spark and have spark.

what could my issue be? open to all ideas at this point

02 sportsman 600 loses power when warm

I Have a 03 sportsman 600 it starts right up cold and drives good but when it gets warmed up it gets boggy and has no power. Also when it's warmed up I have to give it a little throttle to get it to start. There is no lights on and it only gets up to about 200° according to my temp gun. Today I cleaned the carb and the fuel pump but still have the same issue, I also check the fuel filter. Checked the intake boot and the vacuum line for the fuel pump I didn't see any cracks or anything. Its got new plus and a new stock exhaust. Any ideas?

2 zerk’s behind right rear tire.

...so I am greasing my 15'570 and I see 2 fittings that look like zerks behind the RH rear tire.I believe it is the foot brake as it has two brake lines coming off of a small rectangular looking cylinder.Do I grease these or not.

tire size for 570

Looking at getting some new tires and rims for my 15'570.Can I use a 14" rim with a 26" tire.Do I need the extended lugs.Also what is the biggest tire I can put on. Can I go with a 14x29.

Trying to work out a deal on a 2016 CanAM Outlander 1000 XRM. Stock.

Needs a new seat cover and some touch up paint on the front bumper from the winch. Not sure where I'll end up finding that CAN AM red. But Anyway, decent deal and only 517 miles on it.

Anything I should check out when I get to see it? Aside from normal things... already have a 2008 kawasaki brute force 750. I know generally what to look for. This thing is pretty much brand new.
