Hi Guys! Been meaning to do this for awhile.. My name is Chad I bought a 2018 Sportsman XP1000 in April. Traded in a 2016 Grizzly for it. First couple rides went great but last ride it started pulling hard at idle and wouldn't shift. Took it back to the dealership to have it checked out assuming it'll be covered under warranty.

Hi guys, so I just picked up an 09 outlander from a buddy of mine for cheap because he sunk it and locked up the top end and messed up some electrical. I'm pretty handy with mechanical work but when it comes to electrical I'm lost. I've tried multiple good batteries and jump boxes so I know I'm giving it the power it needs but when I turn the key absolutely nothing happens. No fuel pump, no dash, no lights. I took a test light to the fuse box and I'm getting power to all 3 relays. And this is the part that stumps me, when I stick the test light to the diode, the dash comes on but will go off after about 15 seconds or so as if you took the key out. But if you keep the diode grounded with the test light, the dash stays on for as long as its grounded but nothing else on the bike works. The diode tests good with an volt meter, All the fuses test good and I've swapped all 3 relays with new ones. Its seeming like any device that has to go through the ecm is not working but I'm hoping its something simple that I'm looking over as I don't wanna fork over the cash for a new ecm lol. Any help or ideas at all is appreciated

OK... I have a 500ho -2013 and it literally started filling the airbox with oil through the crankcase vent hose. 110 lbs of compression, changed oil and filter. Once started the oil in resevoir gets pumped into crankcase then doesn't get pumped back to resevoir. Checked return line and there are no blackages - HELP!!!

Hi everyone! I am looking for some insight on a snorkel.
As of online there are acouple different companies that make and sell snorkel kits, but all systems that i have seen come out off to the sides in the front storage on these newer sportsmans.
Has anyone found a centre snorkel kit that comes up infront of the middle headlight ?couldnt care about loosing the light or front storage but i like this positioning better.
i was also thinking about the highlifters snorkel system. anyone know if it would mount to just the 850sp ?or if you can even buy just that kit ?

Machined Integrations- Anyone with used set for sale.?

Looking to go 27x12-14 on both front and rear wheels on my 2016 Sportsman 1000XP. Not sure how this is going to handle or steer with balloons in the front. Any guys running a similar setup that can comment?

Also are the front and rear factory wheels the same width just different offset?

Looks like I should probably do full replacement of the primary drive clutch. One of the spacers/bushings somehow came out and flew around inside the housing. Chewed, dinged, scratched and took bites out of just about everything. Somehow the driven clutch survived and looks to be OK.

Looking for the best price for a new drive clutch and any advice, what to look for when putting it back on. Best I've found for OEM is $590 for the clutch, springs and weights. Also found an aftermarket for about $175 but is out of stock. Kinda need to get this done soon. Are there any places to get used parts, or is that asking for trouble?

I've seen quite a few videos that are helpful, looks fairly simple.

Basically, use the wheeler at the deer lease, easy riding. Got it buried this past spring and really got down on it while pulling a heavy trailer, thinking that's what caused the problems.

Hello everyone

Just joined and looking for some advice, help, guidance and best prices on parts for some repairs.

Live in TX, hunt in MO, ride a 2001 Sportsman 500 HO. Bought it used, runs like a scalded ape, yet starting to have to fix another person's problems.

So I probably won't be an active member all the time, will chime in on my experiences and ask for a little help. Hope that's cool with everyone. . .

First off its a 2014 Sportsman 570 with lil over 1000 miles and 125 hrs. I still have the stock battery which I plan on replacing. The issue that just started is I've got a check engine light with an error code 0520230 31 along with it dying occasionally on startup or even when riding randomly. I did test the battery and it was 12.4 not running and 14.2 running. I noticed a couple of times once started its was actually 11.2 when running then fan turned on and it jumped back to 14.2 volts. I plan on pulling the battery and having it tested. I'm hoping its not the voltage regulator or stator. I did check the 3 yellow wires and it did burn through the heat shield a bit but not through the stator wires from what I can tell. Anyone have an experience with this issue or advice... any input be appreciated.
