Head gasket question

If there is antifreeze in the oil, don't know how long. The head gasket needs to be replaced, should the lower end bearings be checked for damage ?

Inner clutch cover bolts

I have a 99 magnum 500...i need the bolts that go in the inner clutch cover...its part #7517601...does any1 know what size the bolts are, i hate to spend 14 on a daggum bolt.

2014 Sportsman 90 hard to start

I have a 2014 sportsman 90 4 stroke that is hard to start. It won't start with the electric start and is hard to start with the kick starter. I have cleaned the carb, replaced the spark plug and finally changed the carb and it is still hard to start. Please help:sad

Add PS to sportsman 450 ho, 2016

picked up a like new 450 ho sportsman with less than 400 miles for the wife, now that she has had seat time she wish we had went with an eps model, so kicking around adding eps from aftermarket or try finding wrecked one with needed parts for donor.

are aftermarket units as good as oem ?

any ideal where/who might have a salvage unit for donor ?

what would be needed from a polaris donor in bolt on form ?

Stockairfilter Question on 2012 850 XP

I have a new to me 2012 850 HO XP. Bought a new OEM airfilter from RM and cant get it to go in! Pn 7082101 it is, on Polaris part says this is replacement for pn7080595.

Do these fit real tight? Is it going into an OD or an ID. I watched a partzilla Youtube about it and the greased it up and stuck it in.

2007 sportsman 700efi. Idles eratic

Bought it a year ago. Always had the issue. Had codes 41 and 45. Changed T-bap sensor and harness. Have pulled plastics off unleashed the harness canot find broken wires anywhere. Cleaned all the grounds up.


Was messing with it. Tried starting it with T-bap unplugged and tps unplugged. Starts and runns exactly the same as if they were plugged in. Any thoughts and help would be apreciated. TIA
