It’s been a while since we’ve seen quad freestyle pioneer and all around freerider Dana Creech on four wheels, but this video of him launching a massive natural jump is proof that he’s still got it. Creech has been busy building up his own natural terrain paradise he appropriately calls “Area 52” and we’ve been waiting […] more

2008 Polaris Sportsman 300 Hose Connection/Routing

My Sportsman has 2 air vent hoses coming off the top of the carburetor that tee into 1.....where does this hose route to PIC1, it was tucked up next to the gas tank but should it be hooked to something?

Also the black hoses coming off the right side PIC2 of the motor tee off and one hooks to the crankcase below the carb and the other goes up and over the carb PIC3 to the lefthand side but isn't connected to anything, it has a clamp and carbon on the end but I cannot find where it came off?

LMK, thanks, Scott

Bison front brush guard

Hey guys & gals,
looking to purchase a brush guard for my 2017 sportsman 570 and came across this Bison Bumper from ATVenture Components. The design looks great gives the quad a nasty good look but a little scepticle about because its just a bolt -on to the original frame. Has anyone have feedback on this product before I go and pay 280$ on this.

Do I Need Wheel Spacers??

Good Morning All,

I have a question pertaining to my 2013 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO. I just ordered a set of Kenda Bearclaw HTR's and I plan on putting them on stock wheels. For the front I ordered 26X9-12's and for the rear I ordered 26X11-12's. Does anyone know if I would need wheel spacers for the new tires? I'd hate to get them in and then find that they rub. Thanks for the help in advance!

17 570 clutch upgrading

Hey all, just curious if anyone with a 17 570 has upgraded their clutches yet? if so what is a good set up, i do like to hit mud and i have went up a size in tires, i was reading that if you go bigger than a 26, then you should consider clutch upgrading to get the most to the wheels, any suggestions on where to look at some websites would help, also what kind of belts are you running, if im going in there i might as well upgrade from the stock belt as well

So long 6×6….

It is with much remorse that I report that my 6x6 is no longer with me :sad. Sadly, I had to sell my 6-wheeled beast to get into a sxs for the purpose of carrying family. She will be missed, :crying , my 3/4 ton fun.

Shovel Mount

I am doing some trail maintenance, and need to bring a shovel along when I ride. What do people recommend for mounts?

A chainsaw mount and branch clipper are also items that I can see needing to bring with me.

03 700 sportsman Headlight and speedo electrical problem

Hello,

I'm having some electrical problems when I turn on my lights. When I flip the switch on the handlebar all of the lights (including the speedo gauge) turn on normally but, after a couple of min. all of the lights on the machine shut off and then after a min or two the lights all come back on. This power outage seemingly confuses the speedo gauge as it displays a message saying the machine is off when it is in fact still running. My lights will continue to cycle on and off for the the entire time I have them selected on, it will also do this on the high beam. This makes night riding to be almost impossible and it is an annoying bug. Any help would be great. Thanks!
