I have a 2018 defender 1000 max cab, Seems sluggish in the mid range. Wants to hold at 6000 rpm, then slowly creep up to 7200 rpm. Even from start to finish, it will excellerate hard up to about 45 mph, then start to pause around that 6000 rpm till it slowly gains speed and rpm. Any ideas out there? Is this normal?

Hey everyone has anybody run the eastlake axle on their bike? Thinking of getting me some just dont want them to be junk when they come in.

I built this for my 2014 Max Xrs. I was wondering if the frame is still the same on the newer non-X3 models?

Hi Guys,

I've got a 2017 Sportsman 1000XP 2 seater and am considering adding a windshield to block the wind. To me they look kinda funky but if it would block most of the wind, I think it would increase the quality of the way I ride.

I also know they have different heights. Pros, cons?

Thoughts?

Okay so im a honda guy and im new to 2 strokes and polaris in general. I just bought my brother a 97 Explorer 400 4x4, when i was looking at it it was a little hard to start but once it did it ran good so i assumed maybe it needed a carb cleaning. Well got it home rode it for a little bit and all of a sudden it died on him and wouldnt start, checked reeds, one looked a little burnt and was bent up a little, didnt think it was enough to make it not run. Have good start and im getting fuel coming back through carb air filter side. It had a huge back fire through intake that, anybody know what my issue is? If what im saying isnt making sense just tell me and ill try and explain it better

I am almost thru with installing all of my accessories on my 2018 650 XT...

The instructions on this stuff leaves a lot to be desired. But I have been able to overcome all of that till now.

I cannot find the connections that the wireless remote harness pugs into.
I figured that maybe follow the wires from the handle bar control might link up with them.
But I have been unable to see much without taking a lot of things apart, which probably isn't needed.

Anyone done this?
