2017 570 XMR Rear Diff

Newbie here,

Just bought a used 2017 570 xmr with 215 miles on it and noticed a harsh noise coming from rear diff, Upon further inspect, found excessive movement in axle area of differential. Removed differential and split cases and found case was packed with gunk????? Cleaned and found Ring gear is pitted and has chips missing of the outer edge, inspected pinion gear and found some pits and pinion is sharp indicating incorrect shimming. (Forgive my typing, I'm a Nissan dealer line tech) Anyways, Question is, should I just slap some new bearings and seal in it and save up money for a new rear diff or just leave it on the stand? This is my first atv BUT I'm no stranger to 4wd's.

Thanks in advance....:aniwheeler6:

Uneven ride height

I have a 500XT outlander that is down lower on the right side than the left. I have equal tire pressure in all tires, the struts are not leaking & adjusted to the same for both sides. Has anyone experienced this?

Brake Fluid issues

Hi have a sportsman 500 Ho 1999 which is great bike, leant it someone over the summer and when it was given back the rear brake pads was so worn it had collapsed and fallen out, so no big problem, I replaced the pads, I then worked out the one side of the calliper was a bit seized, so took it off and freed it up and all appeared ok. I then went to bleed the brakes and discovered that I needed a new rear brake cylinder as it was leaking, so ordered that at (huge expense) £165 and put it on, however when I went to bleed the brakes again, we managed to remove all the air out of the system, but have the problem that when you pull the front brake it pushes fluid out of the rear brake reservoir with the cap on , ( I am not sure if there should be an o ring in the cap of the reservoir,), I have no air in system I think, and when you take the rear calliper off and pull the front brake you can see the pads moving together, so that appears to be working ok, I just cant seem to stop the fluid fighting against the front and back brake, when you push the back brake you and hold the front brake lever, you can feel them fighting each other, not quite what else to do

30x10x14 Blackwater evolutions?

Greetings

I just bought my very first Can-am today and I made it an 850 XMR. I want to get rid of the stock tires (silverbacks). I have evolutions on my polaris and I love them. Is anyone running them on their XMR, specifically the 30's. Just want to make sure they will fit without cutting anything up. Pictures and input greatly appreciated.

2017 Touring 850

I am just about to pick up my new machine and starting to get worried it is going to be bad for anything but driving. I currently have a 2008 Arctic Cat TRV and the front is a steel rack. I love how much I can strap down on it including a chain saw carrier. When I look online in for parts I come up very short with options. Has anyone else found good solutions for the newer touring edition? Can you order a filler for when the rear seat is removed? Have you attached a chain saw? Is there a way to mount on the front with the lock and go storage?

Sorry, I need help because I am starting to have buyers remorse on a very expensive machine. :eek

Hydration Packs

What are you guys running that you can recommend that will fit over an under jersey chest/back protector?
I run the EVS Sport chest/back protector and am concerned that if I buy something on line, it won’t fit over everything with comfort.

Axles

I have a 2016 Outlander 650xt. Is there a difference between the right and left axles? In other words will a front axle fit either the right or left side and the same for the rear axles? Thanks in advance.
