wobble driveshaft outlander

Hello everyone

you will excuse my English from France (thank you google translator :smile)

I have a problem with my outlander 650 max 2011 and I can not find the cause

I noticed after replacing the rear differential seal 2 times in 300 km, that my rear drive shaft had a wobble .
I changed the diff (bad bearing and splines) and the driveshaft (originally brp, I tried a driveshaft of Super Atv, from US, but very poor quality :crying).
it's better but there is still a slight wobble.

I also thought of the output shaft of the gearbox but there is no play, no visible wobble, the oil is ok

Has anyone ever had this problem and how have they solved it?

Thank you

New Owner of 2018 570×2 eps

Hello all, new to the boards just wanted to say hello, John from upstate NY and a new owner of a 2018 570 x2 eps have had it for about a month now and I love it. I added the front and back guard also put 2 led lights on the front guard, added the hand guards and waiting on my winch and front thought rack to come in.heres a pic of the lights and front guard I’ll post more pics of it later. Any advice of what else I need for safety and to be prepared for when I go out deeper on the trails

Wheel Studs Replaceable?

Switching my sand tires back to stock rims I noticed I had a stud that is messed up at the end. Just wondering if anyone knows if the studs are replaceable or do I have to replace the hub? I was in a hurry to play in the snow so I just installed the three lugs and called it good for one day. Now to fix it. 2016 1000Xxc.

Well, it’s official. I’m no longer stuck on a Hawkeye

Purchased a left over 2017 570 Touring EPS Last night. Will be picking it up on Saturday. Got $1000 off MSRP with it being a carry over, but all that did was cover sales tax, Delivery, set up, title and license. Got the 3500 lbs Polaris winch, and the front utility rack. Eventually I'll be swapping the BlackDiamond ATRs onto the Sportsman and putting the stock tires back on the Hawkeye. But I'll probably wait until after my trip to Utah to do that. Pics Saturday.

Getting ready to pull the top end part of a possible previously botched job

I bought an 03 sportsman 500, previous owner did a top end on it (including a new cylinder off of eBay), According to him the bike burned oil previously. Anyway, he said he was getting coolant in the oil after changing the top end. I'm a diesel tech by trade, so I'm familiar with mechanical stuff, the only thing I don't like is someone previously had this apart, so I don't know if something was left out. Are there any orings or anything like that involved in doing the top end? Can the base gasket cause coolant to get into the crankcase? Are there any links available about doing a top end with torque specs? Thanks

I’m missing a plastic part below the front rack

Can you guys tell me what the name of the plastic (I assume) part that goes in the center of the machine just below the front rack? It's an 03 sportsman 500, and was missing it when I bought it. From pictures it looks like it says Polaris on it. If anyone has a used one I'll take it?
