2018 xmr 1000 shocks
i am just wondering if anyone tried the elka stage 3 shocks on a new xmr 1000 . Would they be better than the stock Fox shocks?

How does a fella do a bleed down test on my 95 Magnum 425? Trying to see why compression is low. Either worn rings or valves leaking? How hard is a Top End Rebuild and can you do it without removing the engine?
Lt Ft track locking up
I was out on my 6x6 (with tracks) on Saturday, And my LT Ft track locked up 4 times in about 10km. No ice build up, Was in about 2-3 ft of powder. I would stop & back up about a FT or so & take off again like there was nothing wrong, Than a little while later same thing would happen. Any body else have similar problems. I have apache 360 lt, The fronts are the same on all the quads & SXS
Idle issue
Hey everyone, my 08 800 sportsman idles normally at 1300rpm, when i rev it up it will stay at 2600rpm and won't come back down, until the machine is shut off and restarted then it is back at 1300 rpm, any ideas why its doing this?? It is not rideable because I cannot shift while it is at that rpm

2000 4×4 model clutch questions
I recently picked up a 2000 sportsman 500 for 400 bucks! Suppose to have had wiring issues. After diagnosing a few new parts and runs just fine. Problem is that it grinds going into gear. I took the cover off for the belt and idling down so low that the engine stalls the secondary clutch still spins. If I take my foot and stop the secondary it shifts in just fine. It sat for about 5 years and at first the primary wouldn't even pull out far enough to not engage the belt. Cleaned everything and it slides fine. When running it still pulls in just enough to engage the belt and turn secondary. Is is possible the spring that pushes the primary out is weak? Is it time for a rebuild?
