Last night I was out plowing my driveway when I went to let the plow down (winch out on the switch) and the winch pulled my plow up. I tried to winch in and all it does is click, winch out and it sucks my winch tight with the fairlead. I brought the bike into the garage and took off the right panel below front fender to access the solenoid ( I heard if you let it cool and tap it lightly it frees it up...didn't work). So I'm stuck now with my plow in the air and winched tight to the bike. Any suggestions???

Gday guys new to the forum just about to buy my first atv. 450 sports man power steer model. Need to know from everybody what goes wrong with these things? what to look out for? Hello everyone and thanks in advance for the help. I recently purchased a used 2005 sportsman 90 for my son. The throttle stop screw and cdi jumper are missing. Can anyone tell me the correct length for the screw and also can I use a piece of wire in place of the strap for the jumper?

Fog is a issue. What are some opinions on goggles or anti fog products?

I was riding in snow today with lower end Oakleys. Anti-fog was non existent. Brand new , with in 5 mins fog.... I wear a helmet and had neck and face gator on. Even if I left the gator off of my face and only neck I would still have the fog. But it was an awesome day to ride in snow.

The innovative minds at Polaris are at it again. We recently found a patent application for what Polaris calls a Hybrid Utility Vehicle. You can see the patent application for yourself right here.

There is a lot to break down with this particular patent application, as it stretches for 75 pages. But the drawings included seem to indicate some sort of military vehicle. Specifically, the drawings look a lot like the Polaris MRZR 4.

However, the vehicle isn’t really the important part of the application. The idea of a hybrid-powered off-road vehicle is the real focus.

Anybody know the answer to this or have tried this setup yet? I know on the website it says it doesn't but I've been fooled by that before and my dealer says they aren't sure either. This is the new integrated plow mount. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

Hey guys, I searched the forum and couldn't find anything on this. I've got a brand new 2017 800r DPS that absolutely REEKS of coolant. It sat for about a month and then I started it up and let it idle for a good half hour and then took it for a little stroll in low. Stopped during the ride and saw some smoke coming from around the front left headlight. Took it back home and found a tiny bit of coolant on the left side radiator removable cover and some up near the top left above where the hose connects to the radiator. I ordered a high pressure cap, put that on, and cleaned up what had spilled. My guess is that it just got too hot from idling and possibly boiled over. I have looked, high and low, and cannot see it leaking anywhere since I got the new cap, but it stinks incredibly bad. I can smell it standing 15 feet away from it. It only starts stinking once it gets up to temperature. The coolant tank isn't going down, so I'm wondering if it's just from where it leaked before and I need to spray it off really good or what? I'm planning on replacing all of these bullsh*t pinch clamps with worm gear clamps soon. Anyone else had this issue? Thank you!
