I have been reading up on clutch kits and complete clutch units.
I have done clutching on snowmobiles and had big improvements.
I have a 2017 650XT. I am not going mudding or racing. I'm riding trails with hills and and puddles.
I've been looking at the EPI and Dalton kits.
I'm also going to plug in a Dobeck EJK as soon as my warranty is up.
Any advice on your experience will be appreciated.

I just purchased my first ATV.
A 2017 650XT.
We move to the north woods of Minnesota and our new property is in the middle of the trail system.

Good morning all, need some help from the community.

Did full service on the bike all fluids etc.

I’ve got a drip out the front diff drain plug now. Pulled the plug and looks like the first three threads in the diff have stripped out. Drain plug won’t seal right now. Anyone know of a thread repair kit that’s an easy install? I’ve got a helicoil repair kit but way too big not too psyched on drilling a half inch hole in the bottom of my diff.

I'm new here so please bear with me. just bought a 2017 Commander XT 800. Third time out and the thing started bucking on me when i tried going up hill. Then it started smoking. Any ideas?

I have a 2000 polaris explorer 250 2 stroke. The lights and starter went dead and a clicking clicking sound started coming from the circuit breaker that has a rubber boot covering it to the left of the solenoid. It clicks intermittently. I checked all of the wires and put in a new battery and key ignition, still the same. I noticed that the key ignition was heating up a little, even before I got the new ignition and after. I noticed that 2 wires on the key ignition were heated up and blackened a little. I cleaned them up and they seem O.K. I am not sure if it is the left handlebar switch ( mine looks like it is in real good shape it was outside alot though I did open it up a little bit and sprayed cleaner and air hosed it off.) or if it is the circuit breaker with the boot on it that keeps clicking. Some say if it clicks it is O.K. and some say it could still be bad. I can pull start it O.K. and it will start.I also jumped the solenoid and the starter works fine. Also a few times when I was messing with it everything came back to life and then went dead again. I just want to get an experts opinion before I but the left handlebar switch just in case it is something else. Can the circuit breaker be bad when it clicks? I would appreciate it for any output. I just picked up a 2001 trailblazer 250. Everything on the left handlebar switch works good, except the headlight switch. It works, but is so loose that when you hit a bump, it turns on or off. Has anyone had this problem? Is there a way to take it apart and repair it?
