Hello

Hi, new to the forum as of last week.

Picked up what I thought was a 91 trail boss 350 and ends up being a 95 300 4x4 (with 91 plastics on it).

Top end was recently rebuilt and starts and runs great. I paid $600 cdn for it, so I don't feel that I'm too upside down on it yet.

Every bearing and bushing seems to be shot, so I'm in the process of tearing it down and starting a rebuild of whatever seems worn.

It's my first ATV, but I've owned and rebuilt plenty of other engines and bikes.

I know this one won't be worth what I have to put into it once I'm done, but I'm not planning on selling it.

I'm looking forward to the forum and also getting advice and knowledge once I get stuck on something.

2013 850 XP Touring 2 Codes

Its been a while since i've been on here, but it feels good to be back!

I have 2 codes on 2013 850 Touring. 520194-7 and 102-2

I understand the 520194 code is TPS, ive adjusted the Kill switch on the handles bars, i may attempt to check the voltage next. if its never been touched, could it still be the voltage or does it just need a new TPS? i know its a redesigned part that they came out with in 2014, so it may be worth the change, just wasn't looking forward to spending another $200 on this thing.

Code 102-2 i understand is a T-MAP code, if google has shown me correctly. i ve replaced that before, when i had the spun timing gear issue, as others said they thought that was my issue, but it wasn't. is there any way to test this sensor?

Thank you in advance for any help!

What do I need to make these wheels fit

Hey guys I know there is a lot of info out there on wheels and spacers but I am more confused now than when I started. I bought an 05 Sportsman 700 and I need to replace the tires. Not liking the chrome looking steel wheels it came with Im just looking for a wheel tire combo I can slap on. I found a newer set of wheels and was wondering what it would take to make them fit on my machine? Ive read about spacers and longer studs. It would be awesome if one of you could give me solid answer on these. Any help would be great and this forum is awesome!
