2013 Sportsman 500HO DynoJet Kit Issue

I installed a DynoJet kit in a 2013 Polaris Sportsman 500HO. I used what the instructions called for with it being stock. I installed the 155 main jet and DynoJet needle with clip in #3 position. The mixture screw is out 2 turns. The issue I'm having is the idle fluctuates between 1000 and 1300 rpm and is very inconsistent. Sometimes almost dying. I've richened up the mixture as well as leaned it out with no change to idle. I'm confused as to how the idle is affected when the pilot jet was never changed. Any ideas what would cause such a varying idle?

seized engine, looking for options

I have a 2002 Quest 650 with a seized bottom end. Apparently this is a common issue because I can basically find every other part on Ebay accept the bottom or crank shaft (many cases but not the insides). If anyone one has an engine I would be interested as I would like to get this working again, but I am also willing to sell the ATV for parts.

In an attempt to try some other paths I was wondering if a 500 trackster engine would fit into a 650 Quest frame?

Unable to get greas down to steering stem bearing

I replaced my lower steering stem bushing because it was loose. When I first replaced it I was able to greas it. You could see the greas come right out the bearing. Now a cupple of mouths later I can't get any greas out of the bearing the greas is going up the steering stem and coming out by the handale bar hold down bracket. Is there any thing I can do to fix this with out removing the lower steering stem bushing?
