Below I have attached a photo of my current issue.

I bought a 2010 Sportsman 800 to hold me over until I pick up a new 850 or 1000. It had a lift kit on it (I know, I didn't want this but the deal was right). First thing I did was remove the lift kit and order new bolts the correct length for the rear sway bar (go through top into the links).

As you can see, there is a gap, which would lead me to believe that my sway bar is currently doing nothing.

Anyone see what the issue is? Thanks.

I got a 2001 Polaris Trail Boss 325 and was thinking of putting a 17 inch light bar on it and was wondering if it would be safe on the battery and stator

I put an 09 intake manifold on my 06 to help with power and also order the Twin Air filter for 09+. (the washable one that was dynoed showing 1 less hp than the 09 stock filter) I tried to install it in my 06 airbox but the filter's plastic piece won't fit into the rubber boot that goes through the airbox to the throttle body. So I have 2 questions...

1- will the rubber boot from an 09+ fit in my 06 airbox so I can use the filter in the existing aribox?

2- if not will an 09+ box work with my 06 as far as fitment for the frame bolt holes, throttle body and also clearing the steering stem? (asking this because the 06 airbox lid slightly touches the steering stem when installed and it's a snug fit)

Bought new 2015 250 hrs: All maintenance done properly.
Dead battery, fuel venting down frame, extreme heat on legs and fuel pump is on its way out on 2015 & 2014 touring. I'm done with them. Getting it fixed and selling. Problems with both. They have lost my trust.

hey guys need some help with my 90 predator having some running issues i think it is a fuel problem. I took the carb off to clean it, the carb was really dirty i pulled the main jet out cleaned and float and i tried to get the other jet out and it would not come out is that jet like a mixture screw so when i put it back together i ran that jet all the way down i havent tried screwing back out. and when i got it all back together i cant get it to run but if i take the air box off and hold my hand at just the right way it will take off and run decent and wont idle. let me know what you guys think?

I recently purchased a 01 scrambler that wasn't in the best of shape, and in pieces when I bought it. I got it all back together and everything is working great EXCEPT the 4x4 system (of course).

All grounds in the system tested around 0.3-0.4 ohms so those seem fine.

Measuring resistance between pins going toward the hub is 25.1 on each side so those seem to be fine.

At the connectors going toward the switch I have no voltage, not even with the engine running and wheels spinning. Judging by the inside of the switch on the handle bar, it looks like the bottom 4 wires on the pin (6 wires total) are for the 4x4 system, brown/white, (2) solid slate wires, and a slate/white wire.

From looking at the inside of the switch it looks like the slate/white wire should be supplying the 12v.... I followed this wire through the wire loom and it appears to go to a connector on top of the transmission on the "pull start side"....

One thing I was thinking is, what if I splice the slate/white wire to another wire that becomes hot with the key? If that brings 12v to the switch and then 12v to the hubs when the switch is thrown... it should work right??? Any help is much appreciated!!!!!

Been having some significant leaking from the input shaft seal and am getting prepped to replace the seal. Before I dig into it, I'd like some feedback regarding whether the freeplay in the shaft seems excessive.
