Primary clutch not opening fully at idle keeping belt engaged and secondary spinning. It's not clutch alignment have added and taken shims out don't work. Bushings and oneway are also good.Cleaned a lot of black belt dust out and still same thing. Got a patv17 primary spring and that made it open and work correctly except it has like a 2800 engagement which is not ok.
The pic is the belt dust and crap I cleaned out. I also have a vid of what it's doing if I can figure out how to post it. Any advise would be great. Thanks!

hey guys, I'm Adam, live i northern illinois, ride in wisconsin, just picked up a 17' 570. Got the polaris winch set up, as well as the rack extension. Bought this set of race line wheels, and sedona rockabilly tires, in 28x10x14. Really like the look of this set up. Note: in the picture the rear tire isn't that close, its the angle i took the picture at.

I've done allot of work and digging around to the point I'm about to pull my hair out with this thing I've replaced spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, cleaned entire fuel system, replaced t-bap pigtail, adjusted TPS to. 710, cleaned throttle body and seems like when it gets hot it starts running like crap when it starts I can give it quarter throttle and it rim but does nothing bet gets worse once it cools down it will start right up and run good for another 30-45 min any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated thanks in advance

I have a 2004 quest. Will 26x9x12 and 26x11x12 tires fit it with stock rims and no spacers or mods?

Just purchased Can-am heated grip set for 2012 Outlander 650 Max XT. The plastic Switch housing does not fit the bolt and the wiring harness is two prong and I can't find where to connect to accessory plug.
Any advice?

Got some more questions for you nice people. What kinda of brake fluid do I need for this machine and also is any specific type of coolant required?

Also I just completed putting all new wheel bearings,bushings and bearing in all A-Arms, ball joints both sides upper and lower, and one rear axle. When I was done the front end is solid except for axle joints right at differential on both sides. I was told these have play in them where they enter the diff?? Is this true? The axle seems solid at the joint under the boot but seems to have play on the splined section going into the diff.

Just trying to get an idea of how widespread the issue is...some good deals on 2017 out there right now...but not interested in spending thousands to rebuild it when it fails.

I am attempting to resurrect a 1998 Xplorer 300 that was left abandoned in a field for an unknown period of time. Installed new battery, starter and cleaned the carb. Had it running for about 4-5 minutes last Sunday and shut it down to put the plastics back on. Once back together it wouldn't start. I have found that it was flooded. Read somewhere that having the choke on will cause that if it doesn't start. I have spark and alot of fuel. What could be my problem?
