Fox shocks DSP

Just sent my OEM fox shocks back to fox factory to change oil, seals and install DSP. Shock feel so much better than before. More adjustments and can fine tune better. It's $100 a shock to add. I thought about getting aftermarket shocks, but for the money it's hard to beat shocks I have on my scrambler now. I ask fox rep about dual rate springs and he said they are not needed, DSP does the work of that. My scrambler pretty much has every mod that can be done to it, including RVS ECM. Runs and handles perfectly

Can’t get Primary Clutch Off! 850 Sportsman

I was going to change the spring in the primary clutch and clean up my clutches on my 2011 850XP. I bought a EPI clutch puller, cranked it in until there are no more threads showing and the clutch still hadn't let go. I put the clutch retaining bolt back in cranked it to 47 ft lb took it back out and the threads on the puller cranks in by hand until I can't see any threads! From the tip of the puller to where the threads start is 3 3/4", from the tip to the end of the threads by the bolt head is 5 1/4". Not sure if other pullers are longer, my local dealer doesn't have one in stock. Any ideas?

New to me 2015 Polaris ATV

I have had it several months now. I traded a 2013 Honda Rancher 4X2. It was a electronic shift, great ATV.
But sometimes I needed 4WD. This one is automatic and hi\lo with 4X2 or 4X4 selection. Plenty of power.
It already had the rails on the front and back. It had the brush guard front and back. I felt I got a great deal.
It only had 85 miles on it. Gets a little hot on the right leg. I modded up a heat shield but have not got a chance to test it yet.
The only issue is the battery drain. Starting to research that now.
Hope to learn a lot on here.

2012 Commander 1000X interior heat

I have finally decided to address the interior heat and noise problem with my commander. I just joined this forum and can't seem to find any pictures or discussion on doing the interior covers etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction with this? I have used the search with no luck. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Brent

2015 Polaris Sportsman Battery Drain

I have searched and searched, I cannot find a good answer for my issue. I bought a used Sportsman with 85 miles on it.
The battery is drained when it is off and sitting for a period of time. I bought a new battery and I keep a spare. I keep a trickle charge on it.
The other day I unplugged the charger and after a few days it would not start again.
I have checked all the basics. Cleaned everything. I added a winch but the problem was an issue before that.
Thanks for the suggests.

2017 450 esp gear noise,

when I first move my atv from being parked, there is noise coming from what seems to be the rear. It sounds like the gears are not meshing correctly. The noise goes away after a few hundred feet. There is only 10 hours on the atv. is this normal or is a trip to the dealer required.
