what is the best brand (meaning longest lasting) wheel bearings I can put in my sportsman 570. 1400 miles on originals and they are absolutley shot. my front ball joints could use replacement too, so I have the same question. what are the longest lasting ball joints regardless of price, ide rather spend the extra money for em to last longer.
2000 Polaris 325 Magnum timing
Hello,
does anyone have the specs for timing for a 2000 Polaris 325 Magnum?
I bought it from an older gentleman who had not driven it for a few years and was told he could not get it to run.
I have cleaned and then replaced the carburetor, the fuel lines, filter and pump, the ignition coil, the battery, and on and on.
I finally met a small engine guy who told me tat it could be the timing.
I see the mark and have taken the engine cover off.
There appears to be a marker line on the timing sprocket where the chain goes around but I can not find a correct positioning for the the sprocket or how to set it right in place.
I would appreciate some help.
Thanks
Peter

The 570 Engine
First 570 I saw was a Polaris. Next Can Am came with one. Now I see Bass Pro Tracker has one.
Are these engines in anyway related in technology? The Tracker I believe is a bought out Artic Cat by Bass Pro Shop. Guy on my hunting lease bought one. Nice bike, taller than my 2012 500 Sportsman. Quiet too.
Are we now buying names being engines are the same ? I’m still under the impression Polaris has a different AWD system than any competition? Could be wrong ?

New member from Quebec City,Canada
Hello,
Here I am, The Killick, I am a french Canadian from Quebec City, in the province of Quebec, Canada. I served my country in the military and I am now retired. I am an owner of my third Sportsman, I had a 1993 400, a 2013 500 HO touring and now a 2019 570 touring SP, which I will take possession next week. I never really had any problems with my ATV's. I run them really smooth, the trails around here are not really rough for an ATV. We have thousands of km of federated trails that belongs to many differents clubs. As long as you are member of one club, you can go anywhere. There are more trails availables in the winter, but in my vicinity, we still have plenty during summer. I use my ATV all year long.
I am looking forward to read and participate in this forum.

Center sprocket replacement
I’m trying to replace the center sprocket that drives the rear chain. I have removed the center bolt and the outside center sprocket. There’s two bolts I’ve removed for the housing for that sprocket. I can’t seem to get that housing out. Is there a clip or something I’m missing?
Thanks

what clutch kit to use 850sp
looking for any suggestions on the best clutch kit to use on my 2017 850sp with 28x9 in front and 28x11 in rear Kenda bear claw htr's, not really into the big mud holes but a lot of trail riding and some mud, 2 inch highlifter lift kit and I use it for plowing also
2010 850 overheated and now won’t start
The engine light and overheat icon came on. Motor stared to sputter and lose power. I shut off the machine and now it won't start. The motor has sat for several hours and still won't start. Turn key and instrument pod turns on but will not turn over when I turn the key. Starter is not even engaging. There is 12 volts at the starter. Could it be the starter relay in the fuse box? Where is the starter solenoid on this machine. Any ideas?
