just wondering if a muffler from a 2010 550 xp will fit a 2009 550 xp both look the same but have different part numbers?

iso a cdi for my project recently purchased 2004 polaris trailboss 330 2x4. before you say check ebay there out of my budget range so respectfully keep that in mind. I'm hoping someone may have an extra laying around and willing to part with it for cheap. thanks in advance.

Hey guys, so I was out riding yesterday and my 850 went into limp mode. Engine got up to 199, which isn't hot. Not lights or codes flashed on. I made sure the radiator is clean and the fan is working. The ATV only has 400 miles on it. Any ideas on what could be causing it to go into limp mode?

I'm surprised I'm having such a hard time finding any conclusive info on this around the web. I am in the process of purchasing a new 2019 Scrambler 850. She should be coming home one day this week. So anyways before I get ragged on about HP, I know that not much gain is to be had on this quad with a slip on. I want one because I always dislike the sound of factory mufflers and like the throatier deep sound of a free flowing exhaust. How is the factory tune? Anymore every vehicle seems to come from the factory on the brink of too lean as it is.

If a tuner is required for this mod, what is the common go-to for the scrambler? Trouble free and plug and play are my favorite.

I need to change my engine oil and filter. As for oil I will use a full synthetic ofc, but what viscosity and brand? I have read 5W-50 for temps to -10*F, 10W-50 for 0*F, and 0W-40 as another suggestion. My operating temperature range will be 0*F to appx. 100*F. I live in central NY where this is about average minimum/maximum lows and highs. 2qts of PS4 will not break the bank nor will the oil&filter kit, just need some additional input. Also, I would like advice on some manufacturers and filter numbers. Additionally she is due for a coolant change and I have some leftover HOAT coolant from my Jeep GC. Just wondering if I do a full flush and refill if that is OK. Or just plain old green ethylene glycol. TIA for your advice and recommendations

What’s up guys, so i recent purchased a 2009 sportsman 850 xp for what I thought was a good price, I paid $2,500 but the bike has 400 hours and 3,020 miles. I went out and tried it at the local ATV park here in Houston TX and it held up well this time but I was wondering if I bought something that won’t work much longer. What are the most hours/miles y’all have gotten?
