So I got a really good deal on a used set of 30 inch sludge hammer tires and my plan was to take the stock tires off the stock rims from my 850 outlander XT and put the new ones on. But something I didn't think about beforehand was that with the sludgehammers all four measure 30*10*14 but the stock rims that the atv comes with are different sizes, the front being 14*6.5 and the rear at 14*8.5 if I were to mount them like that I would imagine that the tires would be sitting at slightly different heights since the front set would be skinnier and more compressed. Could this cause me any issues and has anyone ever done this before?

Hi I have a 2016 outlander max 1000 and gonna be getting a hmf titan qs and the hmf efi for it and was wondering if anyone has this setup also. I read that it is plug and play but also said i can change the settings on it. Can anyone recommend if I should play with the settings or don’t change it?

That’s why I love this forum , way back I read about xp issues with the plastic plate chafing the wiring harnesses and low and behold my 2017 xp 1000 le is beginning to wear through the Harness casing , I’ll be trimming that back and taping up before it makes big problems!

08 sportsman 800 efi twin. Noticed a knocking sound coming from engine. I drained the oil and noticed a lot of brass shavings in it. I'm pretty sure it's in need of a rebuild but was wondering if it's in need of a top rebuild or lower rebuild. Can that be determined by the brass shavings? Are both the crank and rod bearings brass?
