So I am close to taking this thing in but I figured you guys may have some insight. I have a 96 sportsman 500 that will run with the starter button pushed but when I let go the engine stops. It will pull start all day and run fine so I know it's not the carb. It has a brand new cdi box, New stator, New coil, New battery, I even replaced the whole handle bar switch assy and the harness. It also has a new starter and bendix. The valves are set at 6 on both the intake and exhaust. I have rebuilt the whole motor from top to bottom. The battery is at 12.6 volts and when running at 14.4 volts. I can't for the life of me figure out why It won't stay running when trying to start electrically. I have jumped the battery straight to the starter and runs perfect. Is there something I'm missing? Limiter maybe? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone using VP race fuel in their Polaris Highlifter? If so what kind?

I picked up this rear bumper from Quad-Logic a which just arrived last week. Finally had a chance to install it tonight and I'm pretty pleased with the product and service. Install was a breeze too.

If you have a 570 Utility Version (should also fit the 450), this bumper compliments the stock front bumper nicely.

I've got a line on a 2013 sportsman 800, low miles <1000. Looks like it was used mudding.anything in particular I should pay attention to when I'm looking at it?

How much play should a rear prop shaft have?, just a little concerned about the play and lack of contact between the two, the part where my prop shaft meets is only about just over half of the heat teeth is this normal?? 2008 renegade

Tried all the remedies. No engagement. No AWD light but I have verified I am getting power to the HUB wiring located behind the radiator access panel.
