Hi, I'm sure this is not an uncommon problem, bought a used 2006 Sportsman 500 EFI, noticed the front driveshaft front yoke was pretty loose on the front diff input shaft. Bought a new Polaris yoke and spring pin, installed new u joints, reinstalled the shaft, found the splines on the input shaft are worn and the yoke is still a bit wobbly, a lot better than it was, but I'd like to get rid of the play if anyone has ideas. Thought about drilling out the spring pin holes and installing a bolt and nut, or drilling and tapping the yoke at 90 degrees to the pin and using set screws...Tell me your ideas on how to get the play out short of buying and installing a new input shaft, big $$$$.

Winch bogs engine down after plowing snow for a while
2004 BRP 400 outlander Ive been plowing heavy snow the past week and today my winch when I was pulling it in, wouldn't lift the plow but would bog down the engine. I let it idle for a bit and it works fine then after awhile it does the same thing won't lift and bogs the engine down. Any suggestions on why it's happening? Any suggestions on how to resolve it?
Sportsman 500×2 bumpers …
Hey guys I recently found a 500 x2 needing the engine completely rebuilt , for a awsome price , rest of the machine is good shape minus a few small things.now its running and driving fully serviced and I have been using it alot more then I figured lol , but I'm really trying to find a rear bumper ! Not many aftermarket avail ...like due to less sales of the x2 ? Polaris only list a rear one for the 570 x2 ...not my 500 did the frames change much ? They look the same but no dealers in ontario or my area have one to compare or really no much about them ? Any help or a link to a bumper would be great ...
08 Sportsman 500 brake issue
Hey guys, I just picked up a 2008 sportsman with a few issues, I’m trying to get all the bugs worked out, when I pump the hand brake, the reservoir under the seat builds pressure and leaks from the cap. Any clue why this might be happening? I don’t know much about them and I’m trying to learn as I go, thanks for the help!
2009 Sportsman 800 EFI Touring
I am looking to disable the reverse override switch on my 2009 Sportsman 800 EFI touring. I have searched the internet and Polaris forums and can find other years and engine sizes but not exactly what I have. I have been doing a lot of snow plowing this year and it is really a hassle to keep pushing the button all the time. Has anyone done this before on this year make and model? Even if I could find a good wiring diagram that would be helpful.
I am looking for any help.

2014 outlander500 dps and overheating issues
Have a 14 outty 500 with tracks. Since installed tracks this past fall have had check dps message in dash. Also when In track mode bike will kill my battery. Take it out and battery will be fine. This past week I was using it in low gear crawling around and bike would get hot and boil over. Put it in high gear and move faster and it would be fine. Anyone else have this issue or have any idea ? Thanks
Need help with winch install
I am installing a Polaris 3500 winch. Instructions say to plug red wire with male spade from handlebar switch to female spade orange/white wire. I have no such wire. What do I connect the red wire to? Is is just to provide power to the switch so I could just connect to battery and be OK? Thanks in advance for any help.

Check engine light
Back story....2014 polaris sportman 570 efi has been setting up fro atleast 6 to 8 months. Battery went dead so I put a new on and it didnt last a week before going bad. Put another new battery on and found where you could cycle the ignition a few times while holding the foot brake down to clear the engine light. Been using the bike for a week or so around the house and today I went out and the check engine light is on again. Pulled the code Error Code 0 and the SPN code (suspect Parameter Number) is 520207 with the FMI (Failure Mode Indicator) being 4. Looked it up on the owners manuel and it shows All Wheel Drive Control / Driver Circuit Short to B+. Thats the SPN but the FMI on the code sheet should shows 3 and my code is a 4.... Please help. The bike is completely stock.....
