I have a 2013 sportsman 500 ho that I’m getting no spark from. The bike has been sitting for a while. I charged the battery and went to start it yesterday and it wouldn’t start for nothing. I decided to pull the spark plug which was filthy so I went and bought a new one. Got home and still no spark... I did recently replace the ignition since I lost my Keyes for this bike and I have never started it since then. I went with a cheap ignition switch online could that be causing this? Only reason I think it wouldn’t be is the motor is turning over. Any help would be appreciated

Greetings! I have an 850 highlifter and it runs great!
However, after I have ridden for a bit (5 miles or so) and I shut it off, it will not restart. I wait 15 minutes or so and then it starts right up no issues.
When this happens and I turn the key to the run position, dashboard light comes on as usual. When I turn key to "start" position, nothing happens with the starter....no solenoid click, no turn over. Lights stay on on dashboard. For example, it is like I am not pulling in the brake lever when attempting to start. But I am pulling the brake lever and still nothing. I have also tried it in park and neutral which would bypass the brake lever and nothing.
It is not overheated, it is not wet, it is not run hard.
Battery and charging system is fine
I have attempted to wiggle connections and that makes no difference.
The only thing that makes a difference is letting it sit for 15 minutes or so and then it will turn over and start right up.
Dealership is stumped.
Any great ideas out there!
Thanks in Advance!

Fox shock springs
I have a 16 xxc 1000.
The front shocks dive and roll like crazy. I think its not keeping up with my size/weight (6'2" 225lbs).
Any advice to what springs i should look into.
And my springs are set almost as firm as they can go

Weird starting problem
Hello, I have a 2007 renegade with about 2400 miles on the clock. Long story short we stopped for lunch while out on a day ride. I came back out and started it up where it ran for a couple minutes before we left. I made it about 50 ft and all of a sudden it felt like you hit the kill switch, everything shut down no power whatsoever. After fiddleing with fuses and making sure there was tight battery connections we got the power back on but no luck with starting, which is where I'm at now. Basically everything comes on when you turn the key (dash boots up) (fuel pump primes, which I have replaced entirely last year) but when you hit the start button the engine seems to do like a half turn over and then seems like the power cuts out even though it doesnt, and will continue to until you release the start button. Now if it's not already weird enough I took off the cut cover to see what the clutch is doing. When pressing the start button you can see it turn about a third of the way then cut out and turn the same way then cut out and so on. If you take the primary clutch and turn it forward till theres pressure however, the machine will complete the turnover and start right up. Runs mint. I've already taken the starter motor right out and it seems fine, motor turns over freely with spark plugs out, and jumping the solenoid does nothing different than the start button. Battery is brand new as well. Really dont want to bring it to a dealer so any input helps.

Sawtooth rebuild/swap
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. But my question to you peoples is can another (more powerful) engine be swapped into a 2006 Sawtooth? I got one about 2 years back and its been broken the whole time I've owned it. I've finally decided to start the rebuild since I have a bit more time right now. Before I go rebuilding the 197cc that came in it, I wanted to see about making it more powerful before I spend the money on the rebuild. Any insight y'all could provide would be fantastic!
part number please????
Does anyone have a place they recommend to buy a fuel pump rebuid kit? I have a 2000 polaris xpedition 425?
golden finger for quads! Have you heard of it?
So its funny, about a year ago I wished for something like this and seems there is a company who makes a left throttle. Sometimes, when I need to reposition myself to prevent the bike from tipping over, I wished there was a left throttle as well so I dont have to reach over to the right one.
Was wondering if you guys heard of this and/or perhaps purchased it? from what ive read, you can use left and right throttle once installed.
