I have a 2009 Rene 800 and noticed the day I first rode it, that the central pannel didn't want to line up properly. I had it off today to change the air filter and when putting it back on, I tried to line it up properly.... But I can't seem to get It, it's almost 2 inches out on the front clips and I can't figure out why, ive spent all evening trying to get all the clips in but I just cant get it lined up right!
Is my frame bent? Do the panels warp?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

does anyone know the part number for the wear edge on the 60”? Or should I just find some steel locally about two inches wider then drill holes on my own?

I have a 2000 expedition and i am looking for a new heavy duty rear spring. I can not find one for this model anywhere can someone help me out? I am trying to get rid of the ass end sagging. Thank you

Are tire chains effective in deep snow? I just purchased a set of tire chains for my 16’ 650 Outty Max. Is it better to install the chains on the front or rear tires for snow? Thanks in advance for your timely response in this matter.

Just wanted to pop in and say Hello to all the new members coming in last few months. Sorry for not post at all I managed to score a quality engineer spot at work and along with my cancer it has been really taking a toll on me, Well enough of that boring chit..:devil, Again Welcome and enjoy the riding:big-grin

I have an older ATV that I use for plowing snow and unfortunately last week the ATV stopped working and will not start. I use a winch to raise and lower the blade

I can turn the ignition switch and there is no turn over what so ever.

• Battery has been checked and is good with 12.6 volts
• The headlights work when the ignition switch is turned on.
• I can start and get the ATV running if i jump the solenoid poles
• Solenoid has been replaced
• When running the Winch will not work

I have checked a few things such as the fuses in a bag and i show 12volts passing through. I checked a couple wiring connections in the back what appears to be a relay and i see 12 volts. Any suggestions? Could i have put the wires on the new solenoid wrong?

2008 Sportsman 500 EFI HO

Front diff is in rough shape. Previous owner ran without fluid for who knows how long. Bearings are shot but the biggest problem is the input shaft is pretty scarred up in the needle bearing area. Not sure it's worth reusing and that shaft is expensive...so is a new(used) diff.

I don't care about the ADC, can I run a non ADC front diff in this machine with no other issues?

I'm new to this...thanks in advance for the help.
