Outlaw 50 rev limit at idle / wiring diagram.

I picked up a nonrunning Outlaw 50 4 stroke for $200. I got it running and had some starter and starter clutch issues. Once that was corrected it was starting, running, riding and idling great. Then while riding it got stuck at idle. It's stuck electronically. It's definitely the ignition not letting it rev. I figured it was probably the electronic throttle control but I've tried unhooking and jumping and messing with the switch and have had no luck. I'm wondering of there's a bad connection elsewhere in that circuit but can't find a wiring diagram. Any input on this? Thanks.

2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O Throttle Lever

Hey guys, I've found threads on this but they're all older and the links have expired. I have a 2005 Polaris Sportsman 500 H.O and the thumb throttle lever snapped off the other day. I went to check out replacements online but they all say I have to buy the entire assembly, which obviously I don't need because only the throttle snapped, everything else is mint. I haven't been able to find any aftermarket pieces either. Do you guys know any throttles i can buy online that would work? Thanks

2000 Xplorer AWD reverse Problem

The unit instrument lights are not in sync with the gear shift position.

I have no 4 wheel drive in reverse even when the override button is pushed.

In Neutral when the reverse override is pushed the amber reverse light activates but not in reverse.

The neutral light does not light up in neutral.

Two issues:

1) Why are the indicator lights not properly syncing with the gear shift position
2) What could be the cause of the no front wheel drive in reverse when override is depressed?

94 gearbox

Hi all. I have a 94 400l BigBoss 6x6. I lost forward and reverse, still have low. I am having trouble finding what other years and models fit my machine. Any help would be welcome!

Awd issues

Hi guys.
I have a 2004 sportsman 700 twin carburated.
Seems my awd stopped working.
I have a berco snowblower attachment that is very front heavy and when I used it the other day for the first time this year I was having trouble backing up and noticed my front wheels weren’t engaging with the reverse override button pushed.
Brought it in the shop and removed the blower assembly and lifted the atv so all the wheels are in the air.
When I run it with the rear wheels obviously spinning in forward and the awd switch on the front won’t engage.
If I run it in reverse with the override button pushed still no front engaging.
The awd and override icons appear on the speedo when testing either.
Also checked the connector under the hood and have power coming out on the battery side of that assembly going into the front hub.
One question is now that I have the atv in the air and running does that simulate the rear tires spinning and in turn activating the on demand awd.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Low versus high range (do you believe this)?

Some guy we met on the trail said a tech at a Polaris dealership claims that if you don't plan on going very fast (whatever that speed maybe) it's best to run your machine in low range. This keeps the CVT belt from slipping and extends the life of the belt. He says he was going through belts quite frequently and the guy at the dealership told him this. He claims he is getting more life out of a belt.

So I gave it a shot for a few miles. In low range I could still attain the speed I was riding at in high range and it didn't really seem that the engine was over revving. Unlike 4 wheel drive trucks with low range that will max out around 30 mph in low range.

The trail we were on was a bit challenging so nobody really went above 20 mph (just guessing), my Xplorer 300 doesn't have a speedometer so I don't really know.

Any of you guys ever heard the same thing?

If not, when is it best to use low range overwise? When pulling stumps out of the ground? Or going up steep hills to prevent spinning out?

850 Sportsman UCA bushing loose

2015 Sportsman 850 Rear Upper A-Arm bushings sloppy/loose, same on both sides. been like this since new. My buddies is the same on his 2013 850. Where they designed to be like that? Adding grease firms them up which I do regularly. To be more specific the bushings don't move the whole A-arm moves on the bolt where it goes through the bushings
