2015 850 Touring transmission

New owner of 2015 850 sp touring with 600 miles. I’ve gone through most of the machine (all fluids, air filter, chassis lube ) to get ready to ride, but have a question about drive engagement. When sitting still, the machine clunks (especially in reverse) when the transmission engages. Seems ok while moving but the clunk engagement from stand still seems harder than I would expect. Anyone have insight???

Code 520207-4

Atv started reading this code and would not turn over while code is there. It is an intermittent code so when it goes away it will crank and run fine but when code pops back up while running I don’t have awd or no lights work. I know it says it’s an awd circuit grounded but where to start? Help!!

96 sportsman hub seal question

I replaced the right hub seal due to a leak. The hub seal sleeve had a significant grove in it, but I took a chance it might work. The leak is still there but not near as bad. Has anyone use the ready sleeves to repair this issue? The cost is about the same to replace the hub sleeve or or use the ready sleeve. My biggest concern is damaging the coil during removal of the hub seal sleeve. Or while driving the ready sleeve over the hub seal sleeve and pushing the hub seal sleeve to far inward(out of spec) and not being able to reposhining it. The ready sleeve number for this application id 99262.

Valve Cover Gasket Failure Help

Hi everyone! I just recently purchased a 2007 Renegade 800 with 112 hours and 1024 miles. I did a rad relocate, 30 inch silverbacks, cvtech primary, stm secondary, and a few other mods to go along with those. I've recently ran into an oil leak issue that I cant seem to beat. I've never experienced a leak this bad. Both valve cover gaskets were spewing oil out of them while riding so I replaced the valve covers and gaskets with new can am parts from my local dealership. Today I did that job and the original valve covers were warped so I assumed that was my issue. After installing the new covers and gaskets I torqued everything to 62 in-lb as I've read to do on another thread. I let it idle up to running temp and it seemed perfect. No leaks at all and it sounded great. So I took it down the street a couple times not doing anything crazy on it just cruising and I park it in the garage and it was shooting oil out from both covers again! After some looking around it looked like both gaskets had been pushed out from covers and oil was shooting out from those spots. Again I never got on the throttle hard at all while on the test ride. So has anyone else had this happen and come up with a solution? Or could you tell me what I did wrong😂 all help will be greatly appreciated!
