Digital Gauge to LCD Gauge Conversion

Im running a late 2011 XMR with a digital speedo gauge. You would still class it as a Gen 1.
The early Gen 2's have the same digital speedo gauge do they not?
You can also upgrade the early gen 2 digital speedo to the later Gen 2 LCD speedo gauge from what I have seen. So as I have the later Gen 1 digital speedo does anyone know if it is at all possible to change it out for the Gen 2 LCD speedo?

I do note that I am a few wires short so a few things may not work. Can we guess what might not work and if I can get around it in BUDS?

Just traded for a 2006 Outlander 800 won’t run

Hi guys,

Just traded for an 06 Outlander that I knew had an issue but I've always worked on my own bikes so it didn't scare me. This thing is all new to me though so if any of you have suggestions or can steer me in the right direction that'd be great. Anyway... on to the issue.

Mods: lift, rad relocate, fan switch, silverbacks, snorkeled.

Things I've checked: blown fuses, drained and filled gas tank, checked/cleaned injectors, pulled off fuel line after filter and it seems to be flowing fine, cleaned throttle body and IAC, tightened batt cables.

The quad will start on spray but only run if you chop the throttle, it will not idle and will not rev out. It will however run normally if you continue to spray starting fluid. This makes me think it is not getting enough fuel, but again I pulled the injectors out and they are both spraying.

Hoping someone else has had this problem and can shed some light on this issue.

Thanks in advance

6” lift

Hey guys, I’m new to this forum. I have a 2016 renegade 1000xmr and I’m wanting to do the 6” super atv lift. I was wondering if that lift kit will work with my atv. It doesn’t say it’s for the xmr renegade but I’m pretty sure the normal renegade is basically the same thing. And does anyone have any experience with this lift? Thanks

Backrest

Looked threw old posts but a little confused, wondering if any body with a normal sportsman 570 non 2 up model has gotten the lock and ride back rest and if it works on the non 2 up model, according to the polaris website it says it will fit. Do you need the rear rack extenders on? Anyone know any differently?

I just need help, please. #noobtoquads

So I have a Polaris Phoenix 200 ATV and I need lots of help. I bought this old thing for a few hundred bucks at a garage sale knowing nothing about quads. No manual. I need to know these things:

Oil filter type and size
Type of oil

And, the left front wheel doesn't move, I am assuming it is due to the disc brake, but I can't find out why. Also, there is no ignition switch, so I bought a new ignition switch off of a store, but have no idea how to install it. Please help. I can send pics of problems if anyone is willing to help me. Thank you

2008 Outlander 800 XT start issue

On my 2008 Outlander 800, after the machine sits a while, when I turn the key to the on position, the dash display lights up and flickers, and I do not get the fuel pump noise like usual. If I try to start it at this point it’ll either not start, or start and run erratically. If I turn the key off and the right back on, the dash display comes on properly, the fuel pump comes on, and it starts and runs fine. It only seems to do it after it sits awhile. All the fuses seem to be good and I made sure the relays were pushed in good. Could a relay be going bad? Any ideas?
