Curious if anyone has had any of the issues I'm having... Brief history...I bought this bike a month ago brand new from the dealer. It was kept inside and had 1 mile on it when I drove it home and I watched the service department put that mile on it while they were doing the "pre-delivery" check. I rode the bike 1 time for 18 miles. The bike was not sunk or anything like that but the radiator cracked and they replaced the radiator under factor warranty the following week. I got the bike back 2 weeks ago and even when I pulled it off my trailer, it started having overheating issues. The bike has never gone into limp mode, but the high-temp light now comes on at 232 degrees when it idles. Prior to the new radiator, the bike never went above 210 degrees, even constantly riding it on trails between 3-10mph. Now, it runs at 210 on average and if I'm not keeping it at 15mph or faster, it will shoot up into the 230's and the overheat light comes on. I have taken the bike in mud that is about a foot deep and washed well each time. The front of the radiator is clean as a whistle. The rear is much more difficult to see, but appears to be clean as well. Against the dealerships advice due to the warranty, I purchased a rad-relocate kit from Wild Bore that I plan to install this week, in hopes this cures the issue, but I don't think it's going to....I think there is an underlying issue. As soon as I get 3 words out of my mouth to the dealer, they start accusing me of abusing the bike, so if I can correct the issue myself, I'd rather do it and not even talk to them, even if I have to spend a few bucks.

2014 Outlander XT 650 Tire size
I have a 2014 XT 650, I am looking to put new tires on it. The stock fronts are 26x8/12. Will a 26x9/12 fit on the front with no clearance issues? Also, any suggestions on a good all around, all terrain tire? I am looking at the ITP mud lite xl, any thoughts? Thank you, any feedback will be appreciated!
Timing off on 2014 570 Sportsman
Hello all. Having issues getting 570 Sportsman to start. Think key on crank may be sheared. Lined up V on flywheel in the crank position sensor hole. Stuck screwdriver in spark plug hole to see if it went down when I turned the crank. It kept going up about another couple inches.
Shouldn't the piston be at Top Dead Center when the V is lined up?
Lined up Cam according to manual with V in center of window and bike backfires through intake and blows throttle body out of intake boot.

450 sportsman fuel & spark
I hope someone can help. i have 2017 450 h.o. sportsman. getting fuel and spark but will not start. checked all fuses, replaced battery, went to start and it ran for a min, then couldn't start again. going to drain gas and start with fresh. any ideas would be helpful thanks..
Fuse problem
I have 2013 sportsman 500 HO. I bought it spring last year. About 3 months of having it I was riding shut it off to take a break and when I went to fire it up I had no power so I towed it home and realized the main fuse was blown. I put a new fuse in it and it was fine for a few weeks. But then it started happening again Id turn the key to start it and the fuse would blow like a light bulb going out. I would keep a box a 20 volt fuses with me just Incase it blew. But now it blows almost 90% of the time I try to start it. I have power when I turn the key once but when I turn it to start the wheeler it blows. If I jump the solenoid it fires right up but when I turn the key the main fuse blows. I can’t find any shorts in the wiring and I’m not sure what else to do.
