07 sportsman 500 ignition start

So I have an 07 sportsman 500 and the battery isn't charging. When I put the atv in diagnostic mode the volts it's reading is 12 when it's off and 14.3 when it's idling, when I rev it it goes up to about 14.5v. I charged the battery the other day and it crunk up fine with the key start but after riding 30 mins or so I cut it off and tried to start it back... it clicked like a dead battery does so I had to pull start it. After letting it idle and some revving for about 10 min or so the volt are up 12.2. I have no idea where to start, can anyone help, also the my multimeter displays the same voltage as the diagnostic setting does.

On demand drive stopped working

Ok so my front on demand drive has stopped working last few weeks just when the rain turned the fields to mush and its badly needed. My quad is old (2006) and when I got it the front track rod ends were all worn as was the wheel bearing. I've replaced all these but noticed the front cv joints were fitting really losely into the front diff, and everything looked a bit worn.
I've topped up the fluid in the diff but it's just dribbling back out overnight with worn seals.
I'm guessing the drive has stopped as the fluid level is not being maintained, but I have to use the quad every day to run hay to the horses.
Would this be a strip down and rebuild with new seals and inner bearings, or is it possible I've chewed up the roller pin cage (which is not cheap).
Btw still have electric current running to the diff so it's not that.
Anyone here done a strip and rebuild of the front on demand diff? Any advice or sticky note on step by step would be great.
Bike is 2006 Hawkeye 300.
Thanks

Newbie saying hello

Long time ski doo rider. Traded in my Suzuki king quad 3 days ago for a defender xt HD 10. What an amazing machine! Mostly used for hunting and working around the house. So far I?ve added the 1/2 windshield, side bed rails, stronghold gear rail, and 2 gun scabbards. Waiting for my bed mounted winch to arrive along with my Rear window with slider. Winch will be nice to hoist deer into the back. About killed myself 2 nights ago trying to load my buck!! Goes in Friday to have my western v plow mounted. Birthday and Xmas coming up, so extra lighting will be added too!

Badland Winch Relay/Solenoid

This obviously isn't Polaris related, per se but it came on the polaris I just bought. It has two relays and in troubleshooting why it would run the cable out but not in, I found a relay to be bad. Where do I find such a piece to fit in where this one was? I'd rather not have to require or reconfigure anything. Any advise?

Differential oils for 1998 Sportsman 500

Hello,
I know this has been covered in the past, but I have not found conclusive answers for what the best, or acceptable, alternative transmission and front differential oils that can be used for 1998 Sportsman 500.
I am using synthetic Chevron Delo 5w-40 in the engine, atf type F in the hubs and currently have dexron III in the transmission. I changed all fluids except front differential when I purchased in May.
I do currently notice a whine when going over 25-30mph in high range or over 15 in low range, but immediately goes away when letting off throttle. I have changed several bearings and u joints and cleaned and greased every location I have found. I am hoping new oil will cure the whine if it is in either the transmission or front diff.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
Isaiah
