2015 Polaris Sportsman 570

So I had a tree fall on my quad this weekend and it has some minor cosmetic damage to it. Besides the normal vendors for replacement parts does anyone know where I can get cheaper parts? Thanks

Biggest piece of JUNK…2017 XMR RENEGADE 570

I purchased a 2017 XMR Renegade 570 in June 2017 and its the biggest piece of Junk I have ever owned. It has been at Waco Motorsports more times then I can count. Its actually currently there now waiting on an answer from CAN AM. The reason I am on this forum is because I want to know if others are facing the same issues as I am and what is being done about them because apparently nothing is being down about mine. The first issue I had after driving it off the show room floor was the heating issue from both sides of the unit. The right side heat ups so bad it burns my leg causing not only a safety hazard and just cant be road for over 10 minutes without wearing some sort of insulated boots to me knees. The second issue is the heating issue on the left side up under the fender. It gets so hot if you touch the plastic of fender getting off it burns your hands. It has even melted the plastics which warranty has already sent a new set. After 6 months they determine that we need to wrap the exhaust in which we have but does absolute no good still heat coming from unit if not more. Again still cant ride it. They will send more plastic but whats the point if they cant fix the heat issue it will just melt them again. Then the 3rd issue is oil from the motor shot into the air box when I was at River Run a few months ago and had to take it back to Waco Motorsports. They informed me that they read the codes and it shows I flipped it. Lets gets this right my four wheeler has never been flipped or tilted at any angle. If I did flip it I am a girl and I would have been seriously hurt.

I am very frustrated because I cant even ride this unit and I still have to pay monthly on this money pit. All while CanAm sits on their butt and will not help me because they already got their money out of the deal. I am seriously about to get an attorney if I do not get no answers within 24 hours. Please help me are there any other people out their facing these same issues??????

Hey everyone new here and site looks great. I have a 2003 bombardier rally I got cheap for the kiddos but am having a terrible time finding a thermostat cover. Not sure where to post this problem but Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sportsman 700 issues

A Polaris 700 Sportsman twin that has but will not turn over I bought a new battery new solenoid new front relays new ignition switch but it still won't turn over there is power going to the solenoid but not coming out of the solenoid. Can somebody please help me

SwainTech – White Lightning Ceramic Coating

Any of you guys tried this stuff on your exhaust system up to the muffler?

I was going to get mine ceramic coated here in Edmonton but all we have is powdercoating companies claiming they use a quality ceramic. Nothing comes close to Swains claims and I might be paying an extra $100 by the time I pay for shipping etc to sent it to Swain. Impact in Edmonton has done all my Harley parts in the past but their attitude the other day has turned me off using them for this project and their coating is garbage in comparison.

DC Outlet

I'm trying to get the DC outlet on my 2011 Outlander 500 working.
Under the console there is only one red wire and NO black wire, and some yellow and green wires. Looks nothing like it should.
I bought the ATV used, so someone may have messed with the wires. (see pictures)
There are some yellow wires that look like they might connect to the prongs on the back of the DC outlet, (But everything I seen and heard on my threads says red and black wires).
OR, should I just run a wiring harness from the battery to the DC outlet and be done with it? What fuse should I use?

DC Outlet

I'm trying to get the DC outlet on my 2011 Outlander 500 working.

2015 sportsman will not fire up

I can not get my sportsman to fire up and run. It will do a partial crank after you first turn on your key when the fuel pump starts. Then when you try to crank it, it will just keep turning over without what seems to be like no spark. Checked the spark and that is good, replaced plug, and still no luck. Pulled the fuel lines and the fuel pump is pumping fuel so that does not seem to be the issue. All fuses are good, so I am at a lose for what the problem is, could it be a fuel injector problem already. I only have just over 50 hours on the machine, and 400 miles so that seems like an unlikely issue.
Well any help on here would be wonderful as I really do not want to take it in. Also I am new to owning a 4 wheeler, this is my first.
