Hey little help here.. I have a 2016 xmr 570 and rode it a few weeks ago ran great. Last week went to start it and after 45 seconds of turning over and flashing low voltage i stopped. Waited anout 30 minutes. Fired right up. Let it run and then for an hour started few times and was fine. Today went out started right up then shut it off and 3 minutes later wouldnt start and said low voltage then 5 min later started fine. Battery or voltage regulator?
Scrambler 400 water leaking
I've been putting my 2001 Scrambler 400 back together after a real hard accident.
Got the engine running and everything looked good except for a water leak from the water pump weep hole. Bought new bearing, seals and gaskets. Tore it down, cleaned it, replaced the seals and bearing and reinstalled.
I still have the same leak! Can anyone enlighten me as to where I went wrong?

2012 Outlander 1000 XT Hitch
Today after hauling wood with my quad I noticed a crack in the top mounting hole for the rear receiver hitch that inserts into rear differential. Now that the crack is developed I no longer am going to use that mounting hole for obvious reasons, but the crack was entirely outward, no inward damage was caused, therefore no leaking or possibility for dirt entering the differential. I suppose my question would be, what options are there to mount a rear receiver hitch on an Outlander 1000 now? All searches I've conducted throughout eBay, Amazon, BRP websites, and forum threads have produced nothing much out of the way of just the stock hitch. Are there any known hitches or other receiver style towing apparatuses that can be mounted by frame only and bypass the faulty rear diff mounting locations? Thanks in advance
2003 Polaris Magnum 330 want run good with air box cover on
Hey everyone, Looking for help here please. I have seen this problem on the forums but have not seen any fix to it so am asking and hoping someone can help me out. I have a 2003 330 Magnum that will run like crazy with the airbox cover removed but when the cover is installed back on the airbox it will not run smooth at half or full throttle, the snorkel tube is clean and not stopped up and even removed the snorkel from the lid and it wont run that way either, take the whole cover off and runs like a champ. it needs more air to run than the cover box and snorkel will let in. now what I have done with no help. completely rebuild the carb and set all setting to spec,s. I started to order a replacement carb for it but after reading other people posts on the web they have done this with no fix. this has gone on for a while and I have been running it without the lid on the air box and it runs great but replace the lid even without the snorkel ( just the hole in the box where the snorkel goes ) and its no good, one guy had this problem I read said he changed jets up and down to no luck and even bought a new carb and finely said he gave up and sold his. he said no one could figure it out or any info on the forums. if anyone has had this problem and know a fix can you please help. This problem is out there but no one has posted a fix for it. thank you in advance .
Can you mix and match tuners with exhaust?
Hello friends, if this is the wrong sub-forum I'm sorry please move...
My machine: 2014 Outlander 1000 XTP, stock (besides tires)
I don't have the income to throw brand new parts at it all the time so:
I was able to find a full HMF Performance (014374606371) super cheap, but with no tuner.
I have also found a Muzzy Digi-Tune Pro that should fit on my machine, second hand, for super cheap
I've read so many threads on fuel controllers and exhaust that quite frankly I'm back to square one except for the fact that you kind of need a controller with exhaust modifications.
Will the Muzzy Digitune Pro (Dobeck 3.5?) play nice with HMF pipes? I would think so, because dont these blinky boxes just add/remove fuel per what they are set to? Would hate to throw away money on something I'm not sure of.

Back to original height after having rear axle popping out
I had a 2" lift kit on my 2016 Outlander 850 Max XT.
I bought it used last winter and it was already raised.
I had read a few articles but on risks but didn't bother.
After one of my rear axles popped out last weekend, I said the hell with it and bought the original sway bar links and removed the brackets for the shocks. I got some tinny metal shavings making their way in my diff because the tip of the axle was rubing against the tooth edges from the diff. Flushed it many times and hopefully I won't kill my rear diff !!!!
Wow, I can't beleive how smooth it rides !!
What a big difference.
Especially being new to the ATV world at 55 years old.
Will pray for the diff's life !!!!!

Maxxis Zilla 9″ on rear
Has anybody here run a set of Maxxis Zilla 9" tires on the rear. I am thinking about a same size tire and wheel combo on all four corners. Maxxis site says front tire on their web page. Will this be a problem? Is the tread pattern different for front and rear with the Zillas? Cheers all
New Member, a few questions
Hey Guys. New member here in Indy. I just picked up a 2013 850 XP EPS, for what I thought was a killer deal. It has 180 hours on it and I got it for $4500. Seemed like a great deal but there are a few issues.
First, the muffler is completely rusted out. No big deal, bought an eco big gun slip on. But when I got all the plastics off, I noticed one of the studs on each header is snapped off. So each header only has 1 stud holding it on. I thought about fixing this but I'm sure that is easier said than done. Should I just do the ol' lighter check, and if no leaks, dont worry about it?
Second. This thing idles horribly on a cold start and smells VERY rich. In fact I have to give it a bit of throttle to get it to start, and hold on the throttle for a bit until it warms up. Once its warm it seems to idle fine. I've heard there's a air idle sensor somewhere that you can adjust?
Third. This thing is CAKED all over the interior with the infamous red Tennessee clay. The previous owners just never took the time to take the plastics off to clean her up. Almost every mechancial/electrical component is covered in red clay. Now that I have the plastics off, Can I just go at this thing with a powerwasher with no worries? or is that a bad idea? (lots of mechanicals and electricals that probably wouldn't act right if water got inside).
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
