Hello all new to this forum, i was hoping someone could shed some light into this subject of can am exhaust, is anyone else interesting in a HMF performance exhaust for their 2017 outlander?, i have a 2017 Outlander 570 xt, looking on their website they only have up to 2016 available, i have emailed them and asked when a 2017 exhaust will be available and they told me they havent gotten their hands on a 2017 to test. I have researched the part numbers for a 2016 to a 2017 and it is the same exact exhaust system, all im interested in is a slip on performance exhaust from HMF, anyone here know of someone who pulled the trigger on a 2016 exhaust for their 2017? any issues? I really want an HMF pipe because of its deep tone, i dont really want high pitch raspy exhaust, if anyone has any suggestions on exhaust they are welcomed, thanks all
2000 sportsman 500 valve adjustment
so my valves need adjusted on my 500, anyone know how to do it?
Please help!! Looking for some electrical knowledge 89 trailboss 250
Hey guys, I've got an 89 trail boss 250 I've fixed up, I've been using my jumper pack to start it because the battery was shot. Starts right up using the starter switch, it runs rough until I unhook the jumper box (theres no battery in it), then it runs perfectly and.. I have no power to headlights, dash light, and brakes. Where should I start?
Will these RZR wheels fit my Scrambler?
Will 2016 RZR 1000 alloy wheels fit my 2016 Scrambler 850 the same? I have not been able to get a clear answer on the off set.
04 sportsman 700 rectifier/stator/ignition issue
Hello,
My 04 sportsman 700 that I picked up two weeks ago isn't charging.
It seems to run fine but battery at 12.5 regardless of revs.
I checked on top of the radiator and the 3 yellow wires going to the rectifier were disconected, same with the red wire, I also cannot find where the red wire was supposed to connect to. theres another connector coming from the machine not conneted to anything but it doesn't match the red wire coming from the rectifier. only the black wire from the rectifier is still connected to the machine.
the machine does run tho but no charge. Should I reconnect the yellow wires and see what happens?
I read there are dc ignition upgrades but have no idea what this machine does or doesn't have.
can anyone advise how to go about this ?
Also the machine dies if its running and u disconnect the battery.
Is there a dc ignition upgrade someone may have installed and thats why the 3 yellow wires arent connected to anything?
Should I reconnect them and see what happens? I read the red wire is supposed to go to the starter solenoid is that correct? theres nowhere for it to go on mine.

2018 Polaris RZR XP Turbo EPS Dynamix Edition Preview
New flagship RZR features Dynamix Active Suspension
Polaris has taken the covers off of its 2018 off-road lineup and the centerpiece is the new 2018 Polaris RZR XP Turbo EPS Dynamix Edition.
“RZR Dynamix Active Suspension is an industry first innovation that redefines the riding experience,” Polaris says in a release. “Dynamix is the world’s first and only intelligent suspension system designed for off road.”
According to Polaris, the Dynamix system monitors critical driver and vehicle inputs 200 times per second, allowing it to continuously adjust each individual shock on the fly.
“Whether the vehicle is cornering, braking, accelerating, changing speeds or airborne, the system adjusts the suspension for the best response to driver inputs and terrain,” says Polaris. “These continuous changes give riders more performance without sacrificing a comfortable ride.”

Help Identifying Wheels?
I've got a bunch of Polaris (?) wheels I bought from the government, originally ordered by Lockheed Martin(??). Can anybody tell me if these are stock front rims or something else?
Calipers are Frozen!
I was doing some maintenance on my '16 850 xmr (rebuilding the rear shock for the second time, greasing everything, changing diff fluids, new exhaust, brake pads). I went to change my brake pads and all three calipers are frozen. None of the pistons would go back in. I tried using a C-Clamp and opening the bleeders but that didn't work. The bike only has 650 miles on it! Anybody else have this problem yet? Not looking forward to spending $600 on new calipers. The only good thing out of this little episode is I got my RJWC mud series duals installed!
Voltage on speedometer is wrong
Good morning,
I purchased a 2017 Sportsman 570 2 days ago. When reviewing it with the salesperson, I noticed that the voltage displayed on the speedometer was 11.4. I asked him if the battery was not fully charged, he apologized sated they would put it on a charger, and deliver the next day. When I got home last night, it had been delivered, I checked the display and it showed 11.6 volts. I got out my multi meter and found that at the battery and accessory plug it actually had 12.5?
Should I be concerned about this? I know my old sportsman's 500 and 335 would have issues if the voltage was low at the speedo. I want to make sure that the speedo does not control other functions on the new model and would be sending out false low voltage warnings.
Thank you in advance.

Found Little Pin Stator Replacement
I am in the middle of replacing the stator in my 2004 Sportsman 700 non-EFI. I just got the new stator on and wired up when I found this tiny pin that is tapered on one end. It's like 3/8 inches long and I cannot figure out where it came from! It's not the woodruff key. Does anyone know where this pin could have come from??
