2005 rotax 650 motor freshly rebuilt from crank being sent off and fixed to new connecting rod, everything. went to remove primary clutch with clutch puller, and instead of popping off it pushed crank a good quarter inch through the cases.... I immediately stopped and after my blood pressure boiled... found that maybe I can use crank case splitter on one side to push on crank, and crank puller on other to pull it back in line? Anyone ever had this happen. I know that best thing would be to tear it down but motor is in the chassis, and I do not want anything to do with rebuilding it again. I’m so frustrated with this thing. Any ideas how bad it’s meased up? Please be honest. Thanks
What causes a voltage regulator to go bad
Went for a 40 mile local ride ,got home washed the bike, put it away(garage kept).
Fast forward 1 week,,,Went to load it up for an out of state ride and had code 168 3 come up(high voltage)So I replaced the V/C and everything is good. But what would cause it ?

So far I’ve added a 3000lb Superwinch, protaper handle bars and riser, Ogio front rack bag, 30” curved led light bar and recently just mounted 27” zillas.

Issue for 06 outlander 800 max
Been searching the internet for a solution for my 06 800 outlander I picked it up cheap from a friens and got it running but I have an issue with it when I turn the key to the first position everything works, lights, winch and etc but in the second position everything stops working again. It still starts and goes well but the cluster now also doesn't show anything now also when where I first got it running it did. I have done some electrical repairs on it but I didn't touch anything near the cluster. So hoping that maybe someone on this forum has maybe encountered this same issue and resolved it? Any insight would be appreciated.

i just bought a i believe 2002 scrambler 400 4x4 and i have this coolant overflow i think thats what it is but do i have to fill this?

1997 trail boss bolt sizes
Is there a,way to lookup the size of the bolts/screws I need for the rear brake dust cover and exhaust heat shield ? I found and ordered both from ebay but have no way of knowing the bolts I need short of buying several sizes which is not cost/time effective. I couldn't find a listing on the pdf of the manual a member so nicely provided me.
850 2018 throttle acting weird
At around 5000 rpm when crusing if i let gothe throttle it "stays on" for like a second before cutting off. Almost crashed in a corner. Its only doing this around 5000 rpm, and its not doing it when gunning it. ???

Hello, first time here.
So a few months ago i went on a big weekend ride and i noticed there was a little hesitation with my 200. when i returned home i cleaned the already quite clean carb. The hesitation was a little better buts still there so i replaced the spark plug since that was a little toasted. that still didnt help.
While going to school i just left it sitting awhile. just yesterday I went on a little ride since it just recently snowed. On my way back home i noticed that when im trying to give it gas that it wasn't really going anywhere and that it sounded like it was at rev limiter but then i feathered it and it accelerated like normal.
Today when I was in the garage i noticed that there was some gas that seemed to have escaped from somewhere. I cleaned it up and decided to test drive it. And it again it did not want to accelerate that much and it sounded like it had a ton of backfire almost.
I went to the local Walmart to get sea foam tried that but it doesnt seem to be helping as its getting worst the more I try to drive it.
I have attached some pictures of where i found gas and A link to a youtube video so you can hear what the acceleration is like -
