carb fuel routing and surging

HELLO! My name is Vern. I'm from London Ontario in Canada.
I purchased a 1998 Polaris Magnum 44 about 6 months ago and I've been fixing it up ever since. Got it at a good price(less than 500 bucks)
It looked in fair condition and I started to do some routine maintenance on it when I noticed why it went for so cheap. The front end was in bad shape.
I've basically rebuilt the entire front end and it's looking really nice.
when I first got it. It didn't run. It had been sitting under a tree for 4 years and was forgotten about.
I put a new battery in it, a new solenoid, cleaned out the fuel tank, changed all filters and sprayed a little brake clean it the carb and she fired up no problem.
BUT!!! I had to rebuild the carburetor, float was out of adjustment and fuel jets were plugged considerably.
I've run into a problem since I rebuilt the carburetor. the machine fires up but surges and I have forgotten where the fuel lines routing goes. I think I buggered up the fuel routing. Could anyone tell me the proper fuel routing and why it is surging. there is no throttle response since I've rebuilt the carb.

2016 Outlaw 50 won’t start.

This bike was running fine my son and I rode and parked are bikes it sat for maybe a week and now it won’t start. A little history on the bike it has always seemed very cold natured but would always crank right up it just would be a little sluggish at first but once it warmed up it ran great. I purchased this bike brand new and was told it was normal and lurked in a few forums and from what I was reading it confirmed what the dealer told me. So now the bike won’t start at all. I removed the carb to take a look and it was very clean. I got the carb cleaned out only because I already had it out and back together and on the bike and it cranked right up and would idle very well but when I would try and give it gas it would just bogg out but would crank right back up. The bike sat for one night and now it won’t start at all. Any suggestions would be great. It has a Mikuni carb.

03 Sportsman 700 ignition issue

First time posting here. I'm stumped! New ignition switch won't work, but I can jump the switch and start it and also jump the switch for the lights on dash to come on. Why can I jump it but switch wont work?
Thanks for any info.

Exhaust and tuner

I have 19 850 and I put a big gun eco exhaust (slip on ) and I’ve been looking into getting a tuner to go with it anyone have any recommendations? I’ve been looking at the dyno jet power vision cx and the power vision 3, anyone know the difference between the two or should I go with a big gun or hmf or ejk
Any options and and experience with any of them ?

450 Outlander issues

Has anyone had as many issues with their 450 outlander as I have? I have a brand new (model year end closeout) 2017 450 Outlander with approx. 20 hrs on it. This has been in the shop more hrs that I have ridden it. The 1st issue was that they needed to replace the spring on the starter bendix and replace the battery. Got the damn thing back and it worked great for 2 days. Was out ice fishing and went to start the thing and nothing. Not a click or turn of the starter. Dash didn't even light up. Yes, I made sure the kill switch was in the correct position :). Tried it several more time and on the 4th or 5th try it did turn over but did not start. When it was turning over, 2 yellow and 1 blue light were blinking on the display. after getting towed in, I tried it one more time and it finally started. It is back at the shop to hopefully find out what is going on. I am beginning to be sorry for buying this thing. I still have my old 2001 Yamaha Kodiak 400 that runs trouble free.

04 Sportsman 500 issues

Hey I just recently bought a beat up polaris sportsman 500 not running for $1200. replaced the battery, ecm, solenoid(three times), and the pod did come on for a while, but recently, it just doesnt pop on with the key. I have had it running on a makeshift gas tank (wasnt getting fuel to the carb when I turned the starter) when the pod was working, but not for long, just maybe 2 minutes. the headlights do work with the key. also, I put a 2in lift on the front and dropped the axle out of the strut-side boot. Took the boot, strut, and the remaining part of the axle out of the strut. I cant get the axle back into the bearing(see picture). I currently have the front bumper, rack, and plastics, and handlebars off so now is the time to get the guts of this little beast fixed. So my problems are: Pod doesnt work. No gas fed to carb for starting it, but it does pump after its started and running. axle will not fit back together.

Leftover ’18… Good deal or not?

I am looking at getting either a 570 or 850. Would rather have the power of the 850 most likely coming from a CanAm 650.

I have found a leftover 2018 sportsman 850 base (non eps) for $6882 OTD. No freight or setup or bs DOC fees. Just sales tax on top of that. So basically $2100 off MSRP ($8995). I think that is a smoking deal, right?
