700 Twin Over Charging (20V +)

Hello everyone. I have a Polaris Sportsman 700 Twin that has an issue over charging the battery. I have replaced the battery and voltage regulator/rectifier with a new one and still have the problem. It has the original CDI/Ignition box and possibly the original stator. If I disconnect the V reg, the reading doesn't change. Still 20V +. Can anyone help?

Hello

New to the forum and just saying hello. I live and ride in Colorado. I’ve got 3 Polaris ATV’s at the moment and I drag two around at a time in a 5th wheel toy hauler. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and checking ride reports.
🍺 Cheers y’all

New plastics for 2006 Polaris 800

I am looking for new/replacement parts for my 2006 Sportsman 800 - mine has that camo design that turned purple and I can't stand it. Bought it used about 1 yr ago, but I am having a hard time finding new/replacement plastics for it. Any ideas?

Issues after going through water

16 renegade 1000

If i go play in a 1 foot river for a few minutes , then get back on the trail my quad sputters a little bit. Either water gets into air filter or its electrical. It goes away after a few minutes of riding.

Anyone ever have this issue?
Any input on what my issue can be or where i should look?

Hard to tell since the problem is gone when back home.

Snow Plow Parts List – Polaris Glacier System

Always seems to be some confusion about what parts to buy so I compiled this document:

Polaris Scrambler/Sportsman Snow Plow Information for OEM Polaris Parts

There are THREE Parts you need to order:
1) Plow (all years)
2) Plow Frame (all years)
a. Attaches the Plow to the Plow Mount. Your winch attaches to this and raises the plow.
3) Plow Mount (Model Year Specific)
a. This attaches to the bottom of your ATV’s frame. 2015+ models have a different frame and utilize the new “Quick Attach” system.

These videos show how it all gets put together on the 2015+ models

Notes:
1) All part numbers are from Polaris website on 12/07/2018.
2) The “ears” on the 2015 Integrated Plow Mount may need bent outward a bit to fit correctly over the pivot knubs on the frame.
3) Scrambler owners may need to remove their OEM bumper for these products to work.
