New wheels

I got these new rims put on the wife’s machine. Sedona split six beadlocks. I must say I’m kind of jealous of them! It would look real good if I washed the machine and shined the tires too but it was 24 degrees out.

I'm waiting on my 2019 Can AM Outlander 850 to come,I got it in Camo and was wondering if anybody on here has the anodized skid plates. My question is how do they look after a year or so of riding.I'm thinking of getting the orange skid plates. Thanks

2018 sportsman highlifter 1000 issues

I have a 2018 sportsman highlifter 1000. Been having issues when going under water past the exhaust and it seems it’s not able to push out the water and it boggs the engine down and barely have enough power to get out.

Another problem is my snorkel kit that came with the machine from factory. I’m always getting water in the belt and I’ve even siliconed all the boots and clamps and it still sucks in water.

Also, I just recently got my atv back from the dealer because the front diff blew. Took them three months to repair it.

If anyone has any insight on this it would be very helped as I love this atv and do not want to get rid of it

Engaging your 4×4

I have 2008 renegade. The basic question is this; is it recommended to be in (L) low gear before switching to 4x4 or should I switch to switch then put my gear to Low?

computer download

Hi All

speedometer 3 wire sensor testing

The sensor has a positive, a negative ground and a sensor wire.
Checking with a meter, the positive wire has 8 volts to the ground wire
The sensor to ground has 3.75 volts.
Spinning the hub does not change the sensor voltage, so I am thinking the sensor is bad.
The sensor wires also test either open or millions of ohms with the meter.

Link describes how speed sensors work. The voltage should change when the hub spins.

Any thoughts?

What happens when using ATV and all the hub oil is gone?

Our 2000 Sportsman 500, I just put in new brakes and drained the hub oil.
One side hub had oil but it was low.
'Driver' side, there was no hub oil.
I pulled the plastic caps off, was difficult as rust was on the hub metal.
Cleaned all the rust away, refilled, and I don't see any leaks.
I never saw any oil leaks anywhere before I started the brake job, so if it leaked out, it was a long time ago. Front bearings seem tight and good, and the oil plug magnet had no metal shards on it.

The AWD also does not work, I did pull a wire plug running to the magnet and it has power when AWD switch is on and the light on the AWD switch comes on.

Does that mean the speedometer is ok?
The speedometer doesn't work, so need to check the 3 wire speed sensor.
