Pre-oiling a machine that hasn’t been started in a year

Have an '11 Griz 700 that hasn't been started in a year due to a dead batt. I'm about to put a new one in and crank her up.

Should I do anything to the engine to prep it for running after sitting for so long? I'm thinking in terms of pre-oiling parts that the oil would have long fallen away from. Would it be a stupid idea to use a turkey baster and put some engine oil into the spark plug hole? Crank it a couple times, replace the plug and then try to start it?

I'm afraid of rubbing metal parts together during the start before the oil pump gets everything lubed.

2005 Scrambler 500 4×4

The stock scrambler has to size tires the rear tires a 22" tall tire The front is a 23" tall Does anyone know how to make it so I can run one height tire I would like to call to 24 may be 25" tires but I'm having difficulties finding matches with only 10inch rims Does anyone have an idea on maybe changing Sprocket sizes So I can run one height car And also are there any rim selections out there That I could get away from the 10" tall rim ? It's kind of hard to find Tires That will work in the factory configuration. Other than going OEM Thanks for the help!

Vinyl wraps

Hey guys quite a few people have asked me about my digital camo wrap. My local shop made it and broke it down into 3 colours which we can interchange as needed. If anyone wants some let me know and I can see what pricing it would be. Matte or gloss pretty much any colour way you want. It’s a superior bonding designed for motorcycle plastics. I’ve done my putty with exposed seams to check wear and tear. It’s been on over a month probably about 8-10 rides and power sprayed after every time with no issues. Let me know and if you want I can get you pricing. I paid for the design so your just paying for material. Anyway just thought I would share.
