So after messing with my 04 outlander 400 and getting it ready I needed to run to the local dealer and grab some parts. Ended up walking out with this 2019 450
Rear Suspension Question
My left rear tire has a slight lean inward at the top. I just replaced CV Axle and all the bushings. Any suggestions on what may be the cause? Thanks

Secondary spring failure
I put a dalton clutch kit on my 2016 outie xmr 850 and I've only put 2 rides in. Today's ride I thought the belt let go on me, but once I took a closer look I found that the secondary spring broke and became a tangled mess. So naturally the bolt worked loose and the helix mashed itself on the back of the secondary. Has anyone had a similar problem or any dealings with dalton trying to get some warranty or anything? If I put the stock spring back in, is it going to work alright with the spring/weights in the primary? I'll post the pictures of the parts, but I'm curious if the damage to the helix and clutch will mess of any balance or if they should be replaced right away? I also noticed that the I put shaft into the gear box has some in and out movement, is that normal I dont remember when I had it apart before.
Ticky valves
Hey guys. I picked up a 2007 renegade 800 about a month ago with 4700ish kms on it. The quad runs great and so far ive only had to put on new tires, a seat cover and a swingarm bearing.
I just adjusted the valves and gave it an oil change with mobile 1 synthetic 5w30. I set the valves to .004" intake and .006" exhaust. After firing it up the engine was a lot quieter with no more ticky valves, after about a minute of idling it started to tick again. I pulled the valve covers again and rechecked everything. The 2 exhaust valves on the forward cylinder were a bit loose so I reset them and then double checked all of them again this time holding the rocker arms up when I was checking and all the feeler gauges were a nice snug fit. Anyways fire it up again and once again after about a minute of a smooth idle it starts ticking again. I didn't bother to pull the valve covers and recheck a 3rd time as im confident I set them all properly and had all the nuts locked back down after the 2nd attempt. Is there anything else in the top end that could be causing the ticking? its definitely not as bad as it was before the adjustment but its still quite noticeable.

Elka Stage 3 better than Fox podium?
Hey guys,
Just wanna get some input on weather it’s worth getting a set of Elka stage3 shocks to replace the Fox podium shocks on my 2019 850xxc.
Although the Fox shock come with separate high speed and low speed comp, the adjustments are quite limited. I’ve got the Fox’s full soft and the bike still seems to be slightly stiff riding.
The Elka shock only come with low speed comp and rebound adj.
I’m looking for more of a plusher ride. Will the Elka’s provide this?
Thanks,

Re: Voltage Regulator problem with 2004 Bombadier
Can someone tell me where to find the VR for a 2004 Bombadier Outlander 400? It is not in the back by the battery where some show it. I know I need to change it out, but can't locate it. Thanks for your help.
