I have a 2016 sportsman, the spacer sits on top of the strut. While doing a water wheelie with the front flexed down it just popped out of the coupling. Has anyone else had this happen?

Rebuilt carb, it operates, at full throttle I get one drop out overflow in neutral is that normal or do I have more adjusting to do

Does anyone make an add on quiet muffeler for defender?

Looking to add a rear box on this new machine, but the Can-Am one will not even hold a helmet. Anyone have any sources for rear boxes that will fit this machine?

Hello all, first post here. Just picked up a pretty new condition 07 outlaw 90 for my son. He's only 3 and it is a little big for him, but I'm sure it won't take long for him to get used to it.

I did a search and didn't come up with anything here and I've been searching the internet for different things.

I'm looking for new front shocks for the outlaw. The ones on now seem to bind and rub and they don't work very well. Me being 200lbs barely moves them, let alone my maybe 40lb 3yr old.

Maybe I'm being a cheapo but i feel like the stock ones are too expensive and aren't worth it, the good name brands are way too expensive for the use they'll get and the cheap no name ones i don't believehave the travel the stockers do!!.

So I'm kind of lost here and don't know which direction to go in. I may just end up buying stock ones unless someone suggests something better.

I bought my 700 sportsman 3 weeks ago and my wife loved it so she bought a 500 sportsman last night, got new tires for some mud already on the way

Hi, The other day I tried to start my sportsman and The speedometer and other gauges lit up, But the starter didn't work not even a click at the solenoid . I replaced the ignition switch, nothing. I then replaced the starter solenoid, nothing. I don't know where to look next. The battery is good and all the fuses look good. Any ideas? Thank you.:smile

My name is Terry, I'm a retired sprinkler fitter and now live on a small farm in SE Iowa. I have an 08 Sportsman 500 E.F.I. 4x4 My wife has an 07 Yamaha Big Bear 250. We ride trails in the woods around our place, And use them for chores. Wouldn't be without one.:smile

Im the new guy trying to figure out an issue with my 01 sportsman 400 thats driving me nuts. Intermittently it will act like its hitting the rev limiter in forward. Throttle can be anywhere from 1/4 to full throttle before it acts up. Some days not a single problem. Other days it will act up all day. The other day not a single issue til the afternoon. Then it would act as if it were bouncing the rev limiter at about half throttle. I could back off slightly and the quad would pick back up and run fine. Dip into the throttle and little more and it would accel. Pin it and it would bounce until i backed way down. Any ideas thanks again.

1) Is it geared lower than the normal 570 EPS?

2) Where is the aux dc outlet?

3) is the aux outlet always hot?

4) Why is the 4x4 shifter different looking?

5) Is the rear steel rack lock n ride capable?
