Got a new 850 so I need to sell the 600. 2004.5 Sportsman 600 Twin. Late 2004 model so it has the centralized hilliard clutch in the front Diff instead of in the hubs. I got it in 2013 with around 1200 miles. Now has 3583 miles, 292hrs. 1700 miles on the Sedona Rip Saw Tires which still look like new. Wheels are Polaris pieces but were not available on this machine in 2004. They do have the OEM offset and back spacing so the wheel track is right. I changed the wheel studs to the longer ones for the alloy wheels. Added a couple LED lights to the front bumper. Also has a rear bumper as you can see from the photos. Rear box is an older Moose unit. Everything works like it should. This unit has been adult driven it's entire life (I know the previous owner) and garage kept as long as I have had it. I have done all the maintenance on it and can provide records on request. Just returned from a trail ride in Wisconsin and it as due for oil change. Oil and filter changed along with all the fluids. Asking $3500 OBO. For sale locally and on Ebay. Feel free to ask any questions.

Tire Wear Problem
I have a 2014 Renegade XXC with 550 miles. The issue I have is the front right side tire is wearing really badly down the middle. All other tires have worn evenly and have about 50% life left except the front right tire which is now probably at 2%. The strange part is that it is wearing directly down the middle of the tire. I checked the suspension and all control arms and do not see any bends. All tires have also been run at 5-6 psi all around in the original holeshot tires.
Any ideas? Can Toe In/ Toe Out cause this? What about the DPS System not being properly calibrated? I would share pictures but the unit is about 150 miles away.

10″ Wide Tires Front and Back?
Hey Folks, I have an an 2016 Outlander L Max 450 and looking to do a tire upgrade. I was thinking 25x10-12 Zillas on both the front and back. Has anyone done this? Wondering if the 10" wide tires will fit and clear on the front end? I want to keep my torque up so i'd like to stick with 25s on the 450!
1999 Sportsman 500 sputtering while accelerating
I purchased a 1999 sportsman a month ago knowing that it needed some TLC. Initial issue i was aware of was that it idled well but when accelerating it would sputter and then after it got through the sputter it would allow for a full rev. Then it would randomly make a big back fire after releasing the throttle and die. Then it would fire right back up and same issue. After a full rev it wouldn't go back to idle when you released the throttle without dying. It also just randomly dies running around 1500 rpms or so. Fires right back up and idles after dying. When I choke it seems to rev smoother however eventually it starts to flood out. it After reading many many forums on my issues I have done the following.
Pulled my fuel tank and emptied and cleaned it
Replaced all fuel lines and properly clamped them (new filter as well)
Replaced the fuel shutoff switch
Replaced the fuel pump
Replaced the camshaft and rockers which notoriously go bad for that model year
Existing exhaust rocker was worn but the camshaft looked good like it was replaced
Adjusted all valves at TDC to .006
Replaced the intake manifold
Replaced the stator assembly including the pickup coil
Tested and validated proper ohm readings on all electrical wires
Spark appears hot and consistent
Ensured that all wiring was well grounded and lubed the connections
Replaced the start/kill control cluster
Rebuilt the carb after cleaning it with an ultrasonic bath
Ended up buying a brand new Zoom carb from Amazon
Ensured that the pilot screw is 2 turns out
At this point i am feeling like it's a fuel/air mix issue perhaps?
Need some Help as I am about done tinkering with this thing!
Thank you in advance,
Dave
