Hello Gents,

Have a 07 Sportsman 500 HO EFI, want to add a HMF Titan QS slip on, I have researched and get conflicting reports on this, Do I need to get a EFI tuner or something like a Dobeck EJK for it if I add the Titan QS slip on?

If anyone has done this I would appreciate the feedback

What are the options to upgrade to a 2” hitch on my sportsman 400? I can’t find a good aftermarket bolt on. Anyone else done something similar? Thanks for the help.

I just purchased this 2001 Sportsman 500. It seemed to run fine. But after about a week, it suddenly would not start. I had power to the head and lights, but when I hit the starter, nothing happened. I took the battery into a local battery shop to be tested. They confirmed that the batttery was bad. I purchased and installed a new batttery, and still nothing. Again, I have power to the head, the lights and to the kill switch. But the engine does not turn over and there is no clicking. I would appreciate any suggestions as to where to look next? Thanks!

So I just received my Looney Tuned Exhaust for my HL 850 and I'm not a fan of "piggyback" fuel controllers so I am considering the Power Vision ECU flash. My buddy has the power vision already but I only see maps for stock intake and exhaust on their website. Is there an auto tune option or if anyone has experience with custom maps can please help. Don't have access to a Dyno if not I would tune it that way. Thanks.

Hey guys new to the forum and Polaris world. I recently picked up a 2007 Sportsman x2 800 . Engine had low KM and low hours. The only issue I have , not really sure if it’s a concern or not, but when the quad is at idle in park or in neutral, everything runs and sounds great. But, when I’m in high , low , turf , 2wd or awd and I give the quad some throttle at about 2500 rpm it has a whistle that I can’t pin point. The sound stops if i let off , but starts immediately if I give it some gas and gets louder with speed and rpm. The sound is comparable to a turbo blow off but a constant whistle sound . Any ideas would be helpful.

long story short got a front axle on wife’s 570 thats broken, can u remove axle and ride it like some older model or it will leak fluid, we are suppose to attend a Cancer awareness ride to raise money on Saturday .

I just bought a 98 trailboss 250 from a guy. Everything seems to run ok, it does sound a little rough when running. Brakes or lights don’t work. This is my first atv ever owned. What is recommended to do when you buy a used atv? What type of maintenance should I do before I began riding it hard?

I bought a Polaris sportsman speedometer to try and troubleshoot my machine. I ruled out that its not my speedometer so I am selling that one. I plugged it in my 05 sportsman 500. It is used, and was used when I bought it.
Price is 150 shipped.
