It’s ride on my Renegade 1000xxc

I rode 117 miles and it turned off. Dealer replaced the Voltage Regulator. Any ideas what causes a regulator to go out? Should I buy one and toss it in my truck. Is this common?

2006 400HO XT lighting question

I am wondering what size led light bar my unit can handle with out running into any battery draining issues. The only non stock accessory i have is the Heat Demon thumb and handle grip heater. I basically have never used them since i don't drive in the cold. Also is there any good aftermarket bulbs i could use in the headlights to get better brightness

Blown Belt, blown secondary

Hey, I'm new to the site but i'm wondering to ask if anyone has ever installed a clutch kit for more low end torque for the mud, but then later have problems with belts blowing or anything like that? I have a Sportsman WV 850 and I just installed new clutch kit, drove it for about 1 month, but last time I went riding, went faster than usual, about 90 kms/hr, and belt blew apart. Also seems like secondary might be blown or something, when I tried to install new belt, the pulleys are too close together and belt won't fit inside. Any suggestions?

Sportsman 700 Boiling out the Overflow

I have a 2005 Sportsman 700 and after 30 mins of riding HOT light comes on and then itll start boiling out the overflow tank the inlet hose and outlet hose on top and bottom of radiator is the same temp to the touch? also I take cap off I can see it swirling so I don't think its the water pump and also see very very little bubbles but theres no antifreeze in oil and no white smoke so could it be air bound? so I burped her and bubbles still appear? after 30 min of burping the rad so im lost lol and the fan kicks on but wont turn off any ideas? im going to clean the rad out tomm. and see if that helps but I was jw what else it could be? im really hoping not the head gasket but it does have some age on her

2001 90 Sportsman Starts Runs Dies on Throttle

So working through this bike I got it running today thanks to latebird but got a new issue.
I have a new Stator, Spark Plug, Carb.
The bike starts pretty good but dies on throttle, the more gas you give it the more it bogs out. It also idles OK but not smooth.
I have adjusted the air screw it does better the farther in I screw it but it still acts the same. I have also tried checking it by backing the screw our more and more but then it idles better and the idle goes up but it bogs sooner.
It acts like its starving for gas but I could be wrong there.
I doubt its the main jet as its a new carb but I could be wrong.
I am wondering if the spark plug is hot enough as it seems to be quite a faint spark when checking it outside of the engine.
Maybe the coil (its in the mail) is weak? does that even happen?
Maybe some dirt in my fuel lines is restricting the gas flow?
Any tips on what order to start checking stuff would be great.
Thanks!
