Yesterday I was replacing the wheel bearings on my 570 and putting on HD springs. I realized that the rear shock by the exhaust had a loose bushing. I had to go to the dealership to get wheel bearings anyway, so I asked them if they had bushings for the shock, and they said Polaris only sells the whole shock? Has anyone had this happen? Does anyone know if I can get a replacement bushing? Thanks
92 Trailboss 350 4×4 rear motor mount
I have a Polaris Trailboss 350 4x4 and I recently (about 6 months ago) had to replace the head, Pistons, Rings. I had a local shop do the work and they got the job done but I had to go back and fix quite a few issues they missed. I have noticed the engine moving when I rev up the motor and after some investigation found they did not install the rear motor mount. I could go back to these people and have them fix it but I do not trust them anymore to do difficult repairs.
I have ordered a new mount and bolts just wondered if anyone has any ideas on how I can do this without pulling the whole motor. In looking it may be accessible by removing carb or taking off variable drive clutch and housing. Knowing I will have to loosen the front and top motor mounts.

Radiator Relocate XP to Highlifter
Love our 850 XP EPS. We have the front storage compartment. Has anyone done a nice looking radiator relocate and utilized to compartment, or do we just buy a front rack? Also, has anyone placed a Highlifter Edition radiator with the dual fans on a non HL Edition SP, XP, Touring, etc?
Since I’m on a rant...why hasn’t polaris made a long wheel base in the HL to compete with the XMR. My ultimate goal is to buy a Touring 850, add 6” Lift, relocate the radiator, and remove the seat and find the storage box that fits in its place. Then you have the Polaris version on the Can Am XMR. Comments?

Hello all,
I am installing a set of heated driver grips/thumb warmer AND a set of passenger heated grips. I am running into the problem of not finding a pair of 12v plug-ins for both of these accessories. Am I in need of the 710004567 wiring harness to make the driver grip connection? Is there a pig-tail for the passenger plug-in as well? Thanks in advance for your help. It is much appreciated.

2006 Sportsman 500 EFI wont start
I'm looking for help with my Sportsman... She won't start. I drove it the other day, then quit. Here is what I did.
It was acting like it was starving for fuel, so I checked to see if the in-tank pump was working, and I didnt hear it prime.
I checked the 3 pin plug fuel pump plug on the ECU side for voltage and A-C pins showed 9.8V. Good (Shop manual says it needs 7-12V.)
Checked the pump for continuity. It was good too.
Thought the pump had a flat spot then, so I replaced the pump.
Still won't start. So I checked the ECU for codes, 41, 22, and 45. Not serious codes.
On a hunch, I checked the power on the fuel side of the 3 pin plug and it showed 0V across pins A-C
I unplug the plug and check it again on the ECU side, It shows 9.8V.... but when I plug the pump in, it goes to 0V.
So, I manually power the pump using a good battery, and it spins to life, and fires right up.
I plugged it into the harness and it stalls out. It still wont run when plugged into the wiring harness.
Is it the ECU? Power control module? Are the codes more serious than I think?

Check engine wont go away
I have a 2015 polaris sportsman ETX and ive been having an issue with my atv that been going on for about a year now. When ever i splash threw any sort of water/puddle a couple times my check engine light comes on, and the atv goes into like a limp mode where i cant go over 10mph. Ive taken it to the dealer multiple times, and first they said there was nothing wrong with it cause they couldnt get the light to come on. So i go on another trip and it happens almost instantly so another weekend trip wasted. I take it back and then they say the throttle control allignment was off. So i go on another trip and again happens within an hour. At this point im frustrated and wanna get rid of the thing. So i bring it back and this time they decide to hook it up to there computer to get the codes and again they say nothing is wrong. And yet agian i go riding and the light comes on again. At this point i dont know what to do its frausting wasting trips because your machine wont go over 10mph after splashing threw a couple puddles.
