05 Sportsman 800 HD springs

Hey all,
Looking to upgrade my springs to heavy duty springs on my 05 sportsman 800, I seem to exceed their weight limit 😜
In my search for heavy duty springs I have found out that nobody lists front heavy duty springs for the 05 800 specifically, I can find rears no problem.
Contacted Polaris and they can’t figure it out, they don’t even have a listing for the original part, contacted an aftermarket parts distributor and they can’t come up with anything, and finally I contacted EPI that sells the heavy duty springs.
EPI was the most helpful and said that it was a part number specific to that year, but they have no listings of anything, however I was told by them to compare to either and 05 700 or an 06 700 and 800 for likely compatibility.
Almost all the 05 machines list the same part number for heavy duty springs so I’m hoping it’s the same.
That being said.... can anywhere here help me out with some measurements? Base width and spring height please.... anything would be helpful, pictures would be appreciated if possible.
Thanks I’m advance

Axles, Wheel bearings & Ball Joints

A 2006 Sportsman 800efi is what I have, I know I need a left front wheel bearing & ball joint. I'm thinging since I have it apart to just put new axles in. Now is the question, what mfg do you use, the machine will not have any extreme use or regular mudding if any. I see some cheap price parts with only a month warranty and near the high end with 2 years. Help me make up my mind and suggestions of changing all front end parts on both sides.

Bent Steering Column Help

Hey guys been a long time I posted but I need your help.
Just two months ago I sold my 2016 sportsman 450 to purchase a new 2019 Sportsman 570. Actually bought two brand new ones because my wife wanted her own.
Well 3 weeks ago her and I went trail riding and I went up a steep bank (about 20 foot bank from top to bottom) that was covered in snow the the quad starting spinning in all wheel drive on some snow covered rocks on the crest of the bank. Well it quickly spun sideways and flip end over end once and landed upside down hard. I was so upset! Brand new with only 110 miles on it! Let me point out we are a middle age couple that do very easy trail riding. We don't rip and tear on these machines but accidents happens and thats what insurance is for.
Had the insurance adjuster come out and it was 2k in damage. So the damage was all cosmetic I thought at first. Front cab assembly, steering bar, new light pod plastic and bracket and other plastic pieces.... So they wrote me a check and I fixed it myself easily.
Sorry for being drawn out. But after I got it back together right away noticed the steering assembly WAY pushed back to where I can't get the gas cap off. The steering post itself is straight but the the column that's welded to the frame was bent way back. I tried to straighten it buts its all jacked up. Looked on the parts website and I don't see Polaris just selling that piece, only showing it welded to the front frame.
Does Polaris just sell the steering column? Because I can grind off the bend one off and re-weld a new one in easily.
Thanks guys and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Jake

SuperATV

I highly recommend never using SuperATV. Sadly, I wasted money on ordering a part that doesn't fit my ATV and the customer service is terrible.

You would think from a company that is a niche business, they would want me to come back to buy more. But instead, I am going to return it, eat the shipping and order what I need from another company.

Won't use them ever again.
