High Gear Does Nothing. Low gear is fine. Runs fine. Any Suggestions?
2004 Polaris 400 AWD sportsman
Have a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 400 AWD, when we shift into L and R theirs a grinding noise and it stalls out. When we have it on the lift it works fine. Hope someone has had any similar situations that might provide us with some guidance.

Good afternoon from northern Wyoming
New forum member from foothills of the Bighorn Mountains. I bought a 2019 Sportsman 570 several months ago. It is coming up on its 25 hour oil change just from pushing snow, but I plan on using it on a nearby trail that goes up in the mountains. Thinking I need to install skid plates and looking for recommendations....Polaris versus aftermarket brands. Thanks, Mike
2014 Polaris sportsman 850 wont start! Ahhh
I have racked my brain on this. My wheeler was overheating, did the chugging it's supposed to to key you into it's over heating...shut it off...now Will Not Start.
You can jump the starter. I replaced the battery, relays are working. Starter was pulled off everything in working order
Seriously..what is the deal here?

05 Sportsman 700 Twin
I have an 05 sportsman I bought from a guy that left it sitting outside in Michigan weather since he bought it new. Its went through 2 solenoids in a year. After the winter of plowing with no problems I go to start it up and nothing happens when you turn the key, just the dash comes on. No clicking of the solenoid or anything, but itll start when you jump the posts. Could it be the selonoid, starter switch, or ??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated before I just start replacing shit.
new winch for my 570 2500lb vs 4500lb
Might be a stupid question, but I am not too familiar with winches. My winch ended up dying the other day while I was towing my buddy out.
Would it be a good idea to buy a 4500 lb vs a 2500 lb for a 570? I do live in CO and sometimes we get stuck in some bad snow drifts.
Issue I have is the battery. Can the stator and batter handle a 4500 lb winch? do they draw the same power?
again prob a stupid question, but just need some help! thanks!

Nilight 39″ bar on 2018 850 sp
I posted this in the new members area but I figure it might get more views here.
A couple days ago I installed a 39" nilight led light bar on my 2018 850 sp. I've only tested it for about 15 minutes, but so far I am very happy with it. It's probably not the cleanest install ever, but it's good enough for me. I was originally going to go with Hays Fab headlights, but this option was much cheaper and probably a little brighter.

1995 Polaris 300 4×4 Oiler
Hey y'all. As you can see by the title, I have a '95 300 4x4. I've been working on it a lot lately, and was wondering how the oiling system works and what lines connect where, etc. Thanks and God bless!
Bearing greasers
Anyone that does their own work you will be glad to see the results and the life extension of your wheel bearings with this tool ,it’s simple , remove wheel , caliber and hub , insert greaser pump till old grease and water runs out and your done ! A brand new bearing has little or no grease inside and that’s why they don’t last .
