First off I have a 2018 outlander xtp 1000,,second,Ive posted about my concern with the heat on the exhaust side with the fox shocks soon after getting the machine,,well,,after a year now having the machine I went to adjust the setting on the rear shocks & noticed RIGHTAWAY the mushy loose feeling when turning the adjustment knob on that left/exhaust side. You can feel a definitive crisp click & locking in place on the other side & im guessing the front feel the way they should. So,,,,wtf!? Did the heat ruin the shock adjustment capabilities on that side,,How do I know if the adjustments are working & or accurate on that side? I’ll say it again as I did in the other thread,,the temperature that shock resovoir reaches CAN NOT BE GOOD,,,what a shi@ ass design. Any info/feedback here would be greatly appreciated,,thanx

2004 sportsman 600 front differential
Has anyone used differential parts from Quad logic?
My 600 sportsman front differential is in need of repairs. Not engaging at all. Has power to the magnet.
I drained the fluid it looked bad, water leaked in. I flushed it out a couple of times still not working.
I’m thinking it will need a rebuild, just wondering if anyone has installed diff parts from quadlogic and
how it worked out .

2019 Power Steering
Anyone know what change was made to the power steering in the 2019's? On the 570's only it lists the power steering as "New! High-Output Electronic Power Steering (EPS)"
Looking for 06 450 motor compatibility
Hello, I have acquired an 06 Sportsman 450 that was my step-son's dad's 4-wheeler. His dad passed away on March 1st and we came into possession of his 4-wheeler.
I do not know anything about this wheeler except the motor is locked up. It was previously at a shop and the guy said it took in water and mud. He also said the motor was not worth fixing.
The wheeler is of sentimental to my step-son and I would like to try to put another motor in it as cheaply as possible.
What years of other Polaris 4-wheelers could be donors to the 06 Sportsman 450? I found this link for an exhaust system, but I didn't know if the other internal parts of the motor would be compatible with the 06.
Any help would be appreciated,

Belt Slipping help
Hi guys! My boyfriend has a 2014 Commander 800 XT that he just put a set of 29.5” terminator tires on. The first ride we went on we noticed the belt would slip a little going up hills. My question is, what suggestions would you have to help prevent this, whether we should upgrade the belt or secondary clutch etc. The only other modification is a 2.5” lift kit. Thanks in advance
