Brand new 2018 outty max xt 850 starting problem

My new outlander has a starting problem. It happens 2 or 3 times every ride. It has 12 hrs on it now. When the problem occurs it is after shutting the quad off and attempting to restart.
When atempting to restart it will crank and start but dies after a few seconds. Then it cranks and fires but will not run.
It uses whatever fuel it has on hand then nothing but cranking.
I have notuced that the fuel pump is not working when this occurs. I can pull the negative cable off or the fuel pump relay out for about 30 seconds and replace and it fires right back up and runs perfect just like before. May not do it again for awhile and then .....
I took it to the dealer and of course they cant find anything wrong and of course it wont do it there. Any body else had this issue?

1997 Sportsman 500 bogging very bad

Was heading down a road and all of a sudden it started bogging out. Took the carburetor off, cleaned it, checked for spark. when putting carb back on, it would not start and still won't start. Any suggestions of whats going on?

Dreaded Electrical Issues?

2011 - Quick history and summary if possible.

Bike has always occasionally not started on first push of the start, you flick key off then back on once or twice and it would work (maybe do this once a weekend with dozens of starts)

2 Years ago i couldn't get it to start at all, put battery charger on it, still nothing . Kept playing with it, suddenly it started , but instantly stalled, started again , instant stall, started used throttle and was fine, but would instantly stall. Cracked gas cap and it went away and i continued on. - Back to only the occasional not starting instantly which never bothered me.

Now recently i went to start it to put it on trailer to go home and it wouldnt start at all, i figure "Oh i know what to do, ill crack the gas cap" Nope, ended up tightening up the battery terminals to get it to start, it had gotten loose somehow. But i had that stall issue and could only start it and use the gas and quickly shift to load it up.

Got it home and that problem was suddenly gone?

Using bike again this week, and now the problem is happening very consistently, so i checked my fuses, all looked good. Bike was running fine and it was idling fine. Was starting to think it was a relay or the starter going bad, but then the bike threw out a random check engine, flipped key on/off a few times and it went away for most of the day. Then it came back and is pretty consistently on now. P0520 .Bike would still start/run with the light on though. So i unplugged the oil pressure sensor and hit it with electrical contact cleaner and some compressed air. But to no avail.

Seems like i might have 2 issues going on at once now? I also tried a spare key , same occasional not starting if i turn the bike on/off for a while sitting there i can get it to not want to start.

Any idea's which direction i should go with this?

2012 Outlander wheel decision

I’ve decided to look into buying a new set of wheels/tires on my 2012 Outlander 1000xt beings the stock tires are nearly gone. I was curious as to what others have selected for wheel/tire combos on their Outlanders. I’m wanting to stay stock as far as height goes (no lift) but wouldn’t mind bumping up the tire size (say a 27”). My dilemma is deciding between 14x6 in the front and 14x8 in the back, or same size rim all the way around so I can rotate tires if necessary. Also, I primarily do trail riding, no excessive mud dealings. If anyone has input as to what a good option would be, I would greatly appreciate it.

In addition, I’d love to see how you all have your machines set up, and it may help in my decision making. So feel free to drop a picture of your rigs if you’d like! Thanks in advance

Sportsman 450 idleing

Its ideling rough. How can I get it running smooth again? I adjusted the fuel line screw and the throttle cable with little change. What else should I do. I have to keep giving it gas to start....but after it warm a up it stays running but very rough. Help.

Differential or Transmission Noise?

I have a 2015 Outlander XMR 1000. I can’t determine where this noise is coming from. It seems to be coming from either the rear differential or the transmission. The driveline and yokes/ cups have no play in them so I believe they are ok. It makes the noise with the initial blip of the throttle or when letting off. It also will making popping noises when the suspension flexes. ....I have taken it to the dealer and they are diagnosing it. When the dealer calls, I want to be able to talk with knowledge and I don’t want them to try to pull something. I’m not saying that they would, I just want to be prepared and educated on what the cause may be. Any help will be appreciated.
Here is a YouTube clip of the noise:
