Belt Box FULL of Water

Did some riding today and ran into a problem. Took a couple careful runs through a hole I was pretty confident in, but never actually been through them. My buddy in a 2” Lifted HighLifter 850 didn’t even come close to his fenders, so I felt ok.

Anyway, made a couple runs through it and noticed the bike acting kinda laggy. Still did the job, so I just kept going. Trying to get my daughter some confidence riding and had her follow me on the quad as I walked through the hole.

All of a sudden, the whole drivetrain quit. No rear, no FWD, had to physically pull the bike out of the hole. Took my knife out and twisted the drain plug off the box and water comes gushing out. Gave it a little throttle (in neutral) and water pours out the drain and out of the top of the belt box.

The video shows I got nowhere close to going over the belt box breathers. Can someone tell me what happened? Trying to get video attached. If not I’ll snap pictures to show how deep.

Gearbox oil level

Per the manual, the gearbox oil level should be level with the bottom of the level hole. When I removed the plastic oil level plug, oil started flowing out so I immediately screwed the plug back in. Seems to me this shouldn't happen being its a fairly new machine (2018) bought brand new last August and the machine is level.

Surely Can Am wouldn't have overfilled the gearbox with oil right? Do the dealers fill all fluids before they're sold or do they come from the factory with fluids already filled?

I really don't understand how you can overfill it. What am I missing?

Anyone run into this before?

Can’t grease half the zerks!!??

Like half of the quad zerks won't take grease. When pumping grease gets out between the gun tip and the nipple.
Gun tip locks perfectly onto the nipples. Tried 3 different tips. One brand new. Still won't
Unscrewed one zerks that would not take grease. Pumps right through it.
Screwed it back. Nope.
Tried unscrewing it a little (maybe the bottom of the zerk was bottoming out creating a seal?)
NOPE.
WTF?
Quad is like brand new. 500 miles. Never even got it dirty. Are they just "full" and so tight grease won't spill out by the sides of the bushing like the ones I actually could grease?

Help.

New guy to the forum – 2016 – 570 Sportsman

Owner of a 570 Sportsman for two years and really live the way it gets me around the Arkansas Ozarks at deer camp. Had a question maybe someone out there could help with. My rig is the 570 SP with the original 14" tires - 26 x 8 x 14 front and 26 x 10 x 14 rear. Wanting to get a more aggressive tire to install on the same alloy wheels and was thinking of the Sedona Rip Saw 26 x 9 x 14 front and 26 x 11 x 14 rear - Question- Should I add maybe 1" or 1.5" wheel spacers to give my rig a wider stance with more stability in the steep mountain terrain ?

Welcome all advice!
Thanks

heat problems on muffler

Hi everyone I have a outlander 6x6 1000 and i have a problem with the muffler heating up. The muffler got so hot that it melted the cardo box.
I would like to know if anyone had the same problem and how did you fix it? Thank-you for any input on the problem.
