Spark Plug Question for 2017 450

So I finally gave up and ordered a spark plug from Polaris for my 2017 Polaris 450 HO because I was not sure what to use. I figured when I got the plug I would cross reference and get an NGK. Polaris sent me an Autolite 5923 which for the life of me I can not cross reference anywhere. Searching this forum I see references to NGK BKR5E, BKR6E or BKR7E. I'm not sure what the differences in these plugs are? I don't mind using the Autolite but I have always used NGKs in my machines. Let me know what you are using and how its working out?

renegade oil

i ordered from ebay a oil change kit .. they said that fit to my renegade 1000 xxc 2016
but i read on the bottle "recommended for ski doo"
i live in the desert so its very hot .. can it damage my ride?

2012 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO No run

Hello all,
I have a 2012 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO and i am having a hard time getting it started. It turns and i have spark and fuel but no run. Any help would be appreciated.

Oil leak Polaris sportsman 550 xp

Hi

My sportsman is leaking from somewhere on the front of the engine.
Ive cleaned it up and driven it and took some pics.

So im hopeing someone can tell me where its comming from.

To me it looks like the gasket
But is there some other place i should look first before i start to tear it apart?
Its at least not comming from the weap hole cuz that seams dry.

I also saw some oil from what in guessing is a rebound for the oil


Ide apriciate all the help i can get

How much throttle before moving

Just got done hunting and used the new atv. 2004 sportsman 500ho. I notice when in high gear I’ll feather the throttle and rpms will come up but it’s a second or two lag before I feel drive belt engage, is the forward movement supposed to be linear with throttle input or is this normal. If not what needs to be adjusted?....clutch?

OPT has passed away

His son announced that OPT (Old Polaris Tech) over at the ATV Connection forum passed away yesterday morning. He was one of the greatest Polaris techs and forum contributors I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. Anyone who ever visited that forum or searched for information about working on Polaris machines will know that he was truly one of the greatest Polaris techs of all time and just a really great guy who was always ready to help.
His knowledge and expertise about Polaris machines was legendary.
Rest easy OPT.
