Looking for feedback on the ITP Terracross and GBC Dirt Commander

I have a 2018 Renegade xxc and at some point I would like to swap out the hole shots for a more aggressive tire but I do not want to lose the characteristics of a lighter and good traction tire for forward and lateral traction and in corners. I do not want to make a drastic change to take away from what the xxc was built for. I'm going to primarily ride trails and hard pack and at higher speeds when I can. Over the past few days I've taken a lot of feed back and suggestions and have narrowed my choices down to the Terracross and the Dirt Commanders. The pro's / Cons of these is that from what I have heard the Dirt Commanders offer better puncture resistance but the Terracross offer better handling / traction in corners. Has anyone else found these statements to be accurate with either tire?

Weight wise the Terracross are 4.6lbs lighter total in the 25' tire size. I'll most likely not go up in size over stock at this point in time. Looking for feedback for those who have run either of these tires or both and what good / bad things you have to say about them. I'll most likely come across some mud but I did not buy this to play in and hit mud holes on a frequent basis so while there are lots of other great tires out there I'm looking for something very specific for what I'll mostly be riding in for conditions.

570 touring storage

I have a 2018 570 touring and I am looking for a trunk or bag for the rear rack. I don’t want to have to remove the rear seat. The only I have found so far is Polaris semi rigid bag which is spoken very highly of in another thread. Looking for suggestion what you use? What works and what doesn’t. Again it is a touring model so it’s a 2 up and I don’t want to remove the factory rear seat. Any help is appreciated.

Research fatigue help

So I hope this doesnt come off as another will these tires fit question..ive read every post I can find from all over the net, so Im hoping to get some info from any late model touring owners and anyone with insight.. 1- im ready to buy tires for my rig “2018 sportsman 850SP TOURING. I hear lots of advice to not run 26” tires on 14” tires for various reasons, I do not run extreme, I do moderate trail riding that does have some rocky conditions, for those of you running 26” tires are you okay with them..
2- the problem with bigger tires even 27 or 28 on earlier tourings have been problematic, supposedly the footrest supports were refesigned in 15 and only have 2 rounded plastic supports that take up space... can anyone confirm that the later models have more room for 26-28 tires? Is anyone running larger than the undersized stock tires with no problems on newer tourings?
Im not itching to go larger with tires just worried about the feedback ive gotten on that set up..
Sorry for the ramble, hope you guys can help.. thanks

New Guy, used XMR

Hello everyone. Never had a Can-Am before, excited about riding and using the Outlander 1000 XMR.
2013 model, bought used.

Will be asking a few questions about the Muzzy Tuner that is on it. Seems to be a lot of experience here and I look forward to learning about mine.

02 Traxter Max high idle

Low mileage Traxter that doesn't get used much, needle was stuck closed in carb so removed bowl and cleaned all jets/passages. Runs well other than a bit of popping through the exhaust on decel(opened pilot screw 1/4 turn, may have helped).

Main issue is I can start it and drive around the yard and its fine, seems after it warms up it will idle too fast if it is in neutral. Sometimes and until really warm it is fine - give it a shot of gas and returns to a normal - barely running idle, then other times it hangs briefly, but once warm it will stay idling too fast unless I give a quick shot with the choke. I know the throttle shaft is returning to the stopper screw so eliminates the cable or shaft sticking. I couldn't find any air leaks. This is only really noticeable when in neutral.

The one thing I did find is that when it is idling too fast, if I unplug the connector for the throttle sensor it will return right away to a slow idle speed. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Bad CVT Clutch? Scrambler 500

So, I picked this 2000ish 500 scrambler up for free. Needed some work. Got it running, but it is SLOW. And by slow, I mean it'll top out at like 25MPH. I believe it's going to need a clutch, because it'll do the whining a bad clutch does when it's spooling down. Will a bad clutch cause the quad to be super slow?
