Sportsman 700 efi cluster not turning on

I went out to ride my wheeler and when I went to start it the speedometer would work. Nothing on the screen would turn on, it doesn’t light up and the needle doesn’t move. It was working last night. Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? I’ve read some things about following the brown wire in the cluster harness but I don’t know where exactly to start

2014 Scrambler 1000 Wont Idle.

Hello everybody.
I am new to this forum and was hoping somebody has some insight for my problem which would be greatly appreciated. Drove my 2014 Scrambler 1000 into a bit too deep of water last night and flooded the belt housing. Pulled it back to the garage and drained it, checked my air box which was dry, pulled spark plugs and turned engine over and no water was in cylinders. The quad will start fine and run fine ONLY in High, Low, and Reverse. As soon as the quad is put into Neutral or Park it can barely hold the idle and if you try to give it any gas it doesnt like it and coughs and just about stalls or stalls. I've been looking around and haven't found anything so I am planning on pulling off my belt housing cover and washing it all out and making sure nothing is stuck in there preventing it from going to neutral/park. If you guys have any ideas on what it could be let me know I would love to hear!

PrePurchase question about Engine Braking (570)

Hi all! I am a long time polaris Sportsman 500 owner. I have a 1999 and a 1998 both with Polaris old school EBS. MANY people say its too aggressive and bad, but I like it and I am used to it. In LOW I have to feather the gas to go down the steepest of incline and in HIGH I can troll down at a couple MPH with little effort, I am used to this and like it.

That being said, my units are tired and I am ready for a new unit. I am REALLY liking the Outlander 570 Mossy oak edition. It is above the similar Polaris on my list, it just seems to be better.

My question is how is the engine braking? We do a lot of mountain trails, TN and WV, so I want something similar to the aggressive EBS I am used to.

Will I get that with the Can Am 570 DPS Mossy OaK?

Sportsman 700

I have a 2007 Sportsman 700. It runs fine and idles, just that it idles low around 700rpm. Is there a way to increase it a little? What should I be checking?

I am the only owner and it has always idled a little low.

Thanks

Lots of snow this year

If anyone has plans to come ride the high country in Colorado this spring/early summer, you might want to call and check on conditions before you head out. We have been getting some epic snow storms in the mountains this year. Here is a video taken last week of Red Mountain Pass (US 550) that connects Ouray and Silverton. This is a main highway that is typically kept open year round without much issue. Not the case this year. Much of the high country looks very much the same. Will likely make for a shortened riding season this summer as this much snow will likely keep many trails closed much later than normal.

Newby In Many Ways

Hello everyone. I’m the first person in my family to ever buy a Can-Am. Considering I have 21 first cousins and over 100 second cousins. That’s a strong statement. Most everyone else has Honda’s or Yammy’s. I’ve already learned a lot and hope to learn even more. Thanks.
