2018 renegade xmr 1000

Hi everyone! I'm new here and would like some help solving an issue my dealer seems stumped on.

I just picked up my new xmr last week. Couple days after I did so, I went to put halos on the quad and noticed the plastic under the snorkel cover where the front bars come through looks like a 3yr old took a hammer and busted a chunk out.

One side looks halfway professional, but the other literally looks ridiculous!

I bought the only unit my dealer had, so they can't tell me if that's just how these bikes are from factory or if the guy that put mine together had a temper tantrum.

Any help would be appreciated.

hillard clutches

2002 sportsman polaris. new to the forum and having a heck of a time figureing out how to use it. I am having problems with the 4 wheel drive. It will click in but you really have to be spinning your wheels. It is taking way to long for the 4x4 to kick in. Works but only at a very high speed. At low speed and back wheels not turning front won't kick in. Any ideas our there would really help.

2006 Sportsman 700 EFI Handlebar Controls

hello!
So, that little red switch on the left handlebar (OFF, RUN, OFF) has to be in an exact place for the thing to run, hence, I started looking for a whole new control part, however, I haven't been able to find exactly what I need, I've even looked at partzilla,
anyone know exactly what I need?
Thanks

Carb issues

Have an '04 Sportsman 400 and it runs great until it's under stress (climbing up hill, in sand, etc.) and then is "bogs down", sputters, etc and seems to run very rich (based on the excessive gas smell from the exhaust). Pulled the carb which is very clean and the main jet is a 175. I was told that stock jet is 167.5, which I installed and now it seems to run lean (sputters, etc) just going down the street. Starts and idles fine and seems fine until about 15-20 mph.. Should I try a 170? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Older Outlander Headlamps

Hello everyone,

I have been reading this forum as an outsider for the last few months and finally decided to join. I have an older 2004 outlander 400 that I inherited from my step father. It's a great machine with just under 750 miles on it. I have spent some time getting it running and adding some accessories on it. Now I recently started shopping to upgrade the lights to something a bit brighter. However I think Bombardier used some sort of custom headlamp bulbs on these quads that I have yet to find an aftermarket bulb for. Just curious if any of you have successfully found some LED alternatives that fit the stock headlamp plug or what you have done to add some brighter lights.

Thoughts on purchase of outty

Time to upgrade currently riding a 2010 800r xt camo and looking to upgrade to a 2 up was thinking of 850max xt however dealer just took a trade in on a 2014 800max xt With 850 Kms. I’m looking at $4000 difference with all the same options. 90 day warranty on 2014. 2 yrs on new What are your thoughts is the 850 much of a difference over the 800. Thanks in advance guys
